Breweries in Cannon Falls, MN

“My BF and I visited here about 5 p.m., an hour before closing last Sunday evening. We had never been before, so we thought we’d check it out along with the winery next door. As it would turn out, we never left Tilion Brewing, because we enjoyed the conversation with the bartender, Michael, and Michael’s knowledge about the beers they served. Michael let us sample whatever we liked, and I don’t remember the exact names of the beers we got, but everything was awesome! Great flavors, and there was even a beer margarita we got to try, which was also super tasty and cold on that humid, muggy day. Because not only was it an hour before closing, but also it was storming outside, we wound up staying inside. Nevertheless, it really has a unique interior that’s both cozy and laid-back all at once. We have nothing but great things to say about this place, and we will definitely return in the near future.“
