“I was at this store when it was about to close in 5 minutes. I asked for a dark roast and instead of denying it the lady said she could do a pour over in like 2 minutes. How many folks do we come across that are 100% committed to the last minute during work. A big shout out for Camila! I’d definitely do my best to retain such an employee ???“

“I unexpectedly had to take my dog to the vet in the morning- I had placed an online order but ended up being super late for it. I called and the gal on the phone was so kind & empathetic and they offered to remake my drink today or a diff day if I couldn’t make it in anymore. I’m so thankful for this kindness on a tough day.“
