“The wife and I ate here for the 1st time ever this afternoon and it was amazing! The food was so delicious! Very tasty! Service was top notch. Our waitress was so informative on everything on the menu and was very cheerful. Atmosphere was laid back and cozy. We will definitely be back. The price is about the same as Culver's but 1000 times better!!!”

“Every year the girls get a pup cup for their birthday. Usually we go to that other ice cream place, but I like Culver's custard and figured I'd stop in quick and inquire for her birthday on Monday. The very sweet employee thought I was asking for one instead of just inquiring if they do that at this location and came back with one for the girls. They were spoiled a little early and we will definitely be back on their birthday and other days for service like this. Thank you so much for making mine and the girls day🍨💜”

The business was clean, and the service was excellent.
We had a half Pretzel and the special which is a pizza with two beer. The pizza was good, the Pretzel was great and the beer was delicious.”

I would say if you want to sign up for perks - do it ahead of time because that was a painful process and we were holding up the line. Also, know that this location has a smaller footprint and if you want to eat in, it might be hard.”

“We had an excellent lunch today! The waitress did notify us right away that they were still new to the systems and a new owner and that things may be a little chaotic but, It was our first time stopping in and we hope to make it up that way again, soon! Picture may look weird but I'm a NO BUN gal. I also want to mention the fries were PERFECT! We were pleasantly surprised when they arrived already seasoned and they were hot and crispy but not overcooked I even told my granddaughter I think those were the best order of french fries I've ever had anywhere because they were hot and perfect and seasoned! The waitress also suggested the seasoned sour cream over the plain sour cream, and I would definitely recommend to do that, it was all delicious! The building is cool and it's got a great looking outdoor patio that we wanted to sit at but it kept raining off and on so we decided to sit inside. But next time I would love to sit outside! I know there was one person working behind the bar and I'm pretty sure our server was the only one working the whole floor other than possibly the new owner, or maybe it was the manager, that was helping to bus tables a little bit, and take out food and she/server did an amazing job.”

“This is the best DQ location period. The service is great, the people are great. Food is always fresh. Avoid the waconia location like the plague and come here. You can come from waconia to chaska and get your order faster then living in waconia and ordering from the waconia location.”

“I order nachos to pick up with the cheese sauce in the side ( I don't like them soggy ) I was told I can't have it on the side, I have requested this in person before and for the most part has been ok, but I don't understand why is this a problem? Sad, I had to cancel my order 😢

“This location is more quite than many of the others and that is one of the reasons I like it. They have plenty of tables inside to sit at, socialize, or work on something. The store is clean and well kept.

The cashiers and baristas are friendly.

My orders have always been accurately filled.

If there is an opportunity for improvement that I've noticed is that guests waiting at the counter are sometimes ignored or deprioritized over cars through the drive-thru. I've had experiences where I was clearly waiting at the counter to have my order taken before somebody pulled up to the menu board outside. The cashier has, on multiple occassions, made me wait while they took the customer at the drive through first and served them. That may be a company policy, but it makes the customers inside feel valued less.”
