This was not an issue with the staff member working the window, who was lovely.

“I want to share my experience this morning thru the drive thru. I had a gift card and scrambled for change as I purchased a vanilla Latte. I could not get my app to cx the pre order for the lady that was at the window so she took a step further and decided to give me the discount anyway. I had a med to lg drink reward with no extra cost. She was so patient and worked with me as I was scrambling to find the rest of my change and trying not to hold up the line too long! Thank you to the lady who took my order and gave me the reward in the drive thru at 6am this morning! Thank you for your kindness, your patience, and understanding with a smile! You made me feel appreciated.“

“I went through Drive-thru. They lady was kind, helpful and no irritation in her voice. Greeted us warmly & inviting. She got the order correct. We didn't have to wait long for her to come to the window, get the payment & hand us our order. She was well groomed. She smiled @ us & thank us for ordering. I'm definitely a Starbucks Fan. I was leary before but, this new Starbucks in North Branch, MN I'd recommend it.“

“When the online order ahead was down, I walked up to the front desk and was greeted warmly and asked if I wanted my regular order! I don’t remember what my order is due to I have it on the app and just push the button, but the girls knew EXACTLY what I wanted and order regularly! They definitely pay attention to details! “I see a lot of teens working at this location and they are all so polite!! Better workers than most adults! And my food is always clean and fresh! I say that because I’ve gone to other locations and food will be extra greasy and sloppy. I highly recommend this location!! Keep up the good work guys!! You’re hard work doesn’t go unnoticed!!!
