“This Caribou is always so quick and efficient! One time, my drink was made incorrectly, and they immediately apologized and remade it for me free of charge. The staff here are always so kind and friendly—they never fail to tell me to have a good day. Super great people and such a welcoming atmosphere. Love this place!“

“Great lumberjack sandwich and iced coffee with minimal wait! Only issue was understanding the person on the other end of transmitter. Garbled, muffled. It sounded like she was just as frustrated as I was.
This was not an issue with the staff member working the window, who was lovely.
I noticed some staff inside wearing masks. This may have contributed to the issue?“

“I stopped into Sunrise Nutrition today after work for an afternoon pick me up and had the salted caramel blended coffee smoothie. It was amazing 👏 Carrie and Destiny were so nice and welcoming! I will be back!“
“I went through Drive-thru. They lady was kind, helpful and no irritation in her voice. Greeted us warmly & inviting. She got the order correct. We didn't have to wait long for her to come to the window, get the payment & hand us our order. She was well groomed. She smiled @ us & thank us for ordering. I'm definitely a Starbucks Fan. I was leary before but, this new Starbucks in North Branch, MN I'd recommend it.“
“I order at around 5AM a few times per the work week. The ladies and gentlemen that work the morning shift are so wonderful! Always greeting me with a smile and appreciate when I’m able to tip. My drinks are always made great and consistent!! I used to work at a Starbucks and I know it’s not an easy task and how crazy it gets during the busy hours! I’ve been to this location in the afternoon as well and it is always a great experience (just wanted to comment on when I frequent this location).

“Manager was training in a new person, yet he took the time to listen to my concerns about a Starbucks order I had received 10 minutes ago on my way to work from a different Starbucks - He fixed my order without a charge - that is excellent customer appreciation !“

“Boo wanted a 10 piece nugget. Theyasked what sause, I said one of each. We get home...from splenda,mayo,creamer, saltnpepper, picante,strawberry jam n..and of course one of each dipping sauce! They are awesome ��� Great laugh to end a long but GREAT DAY �“
