“This Caribou is always so quick and efficient! One time, my drink was made incorrectly, and they immediately apologized and remade it for me free of charge. The staff here are always so kind and friendly—they never fail to tell me to have a good day. Super great people and such a welcoming atmosphere. Love this place!“
“I adore this locally owned and sourced coffee shop in North Branch. They even have decaf nitro cold brew which is my fav, add a shot of rose syrup and vanilla sweet cream and it’s my current fancy treat of choice! 🔥“

“Almost, forever I’ve hated drive-thru. Totally impersonal & if you don’t get what you ordered, you have to go back through to complain. That being said it took me awhile before I started going to this one in Columbus/Forest Lake. Service was great, friendly & quick, but I still don’t care for the drive-thru.“
“I order at around 5AM a few times per the work week. The ladies and gentlemen that work the morning shift are so wonderful! Always greeting me with a smile and appreciate when I’m able to tip. My drinks are always made great and consistent!! I used to work at a Starbucks and I know it’s not an easy task and how crazy it gets during the busy hours! I’ve been to this location in the afternoon as well and it is always a great experience (just wanted to comment on when I frequent this location).

“I went through Drive-thru. They lady was kind, helpful and no irritation in her voice. Greeted us warmly & inviting. She got the order correct. We didn't have to wait long for her to come to the window, get the payment & hand us our order. She was well groomed. She smiled @ us & thank us for ordering. I'm definitely a Starbucks Fan. I was leary before but, this new Starbucks in North Branch, MN I'd recommend it.“

“I see a lot of teens working at this location and they are all so polite!! Better workers than most adults! And my food is always clean and fresh! I say that because I’ve gone to other locations and food will be extra greasy and sloppy. I highly recommend this location!! Keep up the good work guys!! You’re hard work doesn’t go unnoticed!!! Side note that I mostly go there for breakfast so that could make a difference“

“I live right down the road from this place. I have only ever used the drive thru. Staff are always friendly. Orders are always right. Food seems fresh 9/10. It's always a good choice for a quick bite, and the kids always love a happy meal!“

“This is a drive thru only coffee shop, staff is good but one advise, just make sure that they ask all questions before the customer leaves like sugar etc, coffee is good and lived the selection of coffee has enough parking space and is just by the road so no detour !!!! Enjoy your Coffee !!“
