“BOO to all the naysayers. I drive from Coon Rapids at least once a month just to breathe some non-city air and deal with down-to-earth friendly people. Have never seen or experienced any negativity towards anyone. Yes, it can get a little raucous and rowdy at times but THAT IS A BONUS!! They don't have a fancy menu but that's not what it's about. You can walk up to anyone in there and start talking to them and it's like they know you and you know them. The people that have had a problem there, I'M SORRY but . . . . . the problem is THEMSELVES. (sp???) whatever. LOL)“

“Nikki was an amazing bartender! Down to earth and low key bar. Loved the atmosphere! If we weren't trying to beat the snow storm we would've stayed all day. Didn't get a chance to try any food but her bloody Mary she made was excellent for my liking. If we're ever in the neighborhood again, we'll definitely make it a point to stop.“

“This place is a whole vibe! They have put alot of effort into every little detail to make it special. From the smell to decor to signature drinks to stamped ice cubes, the Blue Goose does not disappoint. You can tell that the bartenders take pride in every cocktail or mocktail they make. The food is also delicious and it's overall so fun to hangout in. Do yourself a favor and give it a try!“

“Drink selection was average with other Northwoods, off the beaten path bars.The food was good, I'd say average, but would eat there again.The service was good, attentive and nice. Atmosphere was also good, fair amount of seating and TVs.“

“This was my first time coming here and my first time trying Indian food. It was delicious! I had the lamb chops and they were very tender and flavorful. The Naan is amazing as well. Even tried some kulfi, an Indian ice cream. Everyone there was very friendly. The only issue was that they brought my wife her food very early, it was what she ordered but meant for someone else, so she had to eat while the rest of us waited. Overall though, it was a great experience and I look forward to trying more things on the menu in the future.Vegetarian options: They had vegetarian and vegan options.Parking: There is public parking a block away. Limited steet parking, metered, in front of the restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: There are no steps inside or out. Doors looked plenty wide for a wheelchair.“

“This was the very first bar I came to when I moved to saint cloud. It wasn't my go to bar because it was out of my "jurisdiction". Vfw ended up becoming one of my favorite cornerstones. I ended up being in vfw's neighborhood. If your looking for friendly banter, with a Cheers tv show atmosphere. Come to vfw have a couple drinks and ask for juju. You will fall in love with the many patrons and older veterans who make vfw a very cool place.“

“If I could rate this place with 10 stars, I would. The staff is incredible, the food was outstanding, and the atmosphere is that of a small town bar that everyone is welcome in. The owners are wonderful, and it's veteran owned. It's worth the trip every time, you won't be disappointed!!Kid-friendliness: It's a bar and grill with pool tables and a very family-friendly atmosphere.Wheelchair accessibility: The front door has a wonderful wooden ramp, and most of the tables are able to be wheelchair accessible. The bathrooms have easy access and room to maneuver.“

“I love historical buildings with speakeasies in the basement.The musician was not decorated to. Actually he was about a two or three but the quaint little bar when you walk in on your left was cool and the little room on your ride where the singer saying while you waited to get into the big easy was very quaint“

“New bar in St. Cloud!!! Great cocktails and deals. The walls have TVs that light up the space making it easy to watch any game you wish! Pizza is served from Politos next door. They bring it over to you! The space is clean, friendly and has great staff! Weekly specials and events are always happening. Definitely will be back. A great addition to St. Cloud.“

“Service and food are both terrific. The stuffed mushrooms are one of my favorites..I love seafood so the scallops are so delicious and perfect. My husband and I found this place fishing quite a few years ago and we've been coming here ever since. Can't say enough good things about our waterfront!“
