I wish they had pico de guillo but the steak tacos & salsa verde is bomb even without it. The tacos are always fresh and they put a good amount of meat inside. They should do more locations they are so good.“

“So I have drove by here at least 100 times in the last 2-3 months. I have wondered, I have mentioned it to the boyfriend, and I always kept going cause they looked so busy. Tonight we stopped!! It was so worth it, I thought I had ordered something other than what I got, (I did order what I got) but they offered to get me what I wanted to order, I'm so glad I said no I will eat this, (the Carnita Torta) it was amazing and so filling. I can not wait to try something else. Let me mention as well it was within an hour of closing and we were welcomed in as if they just opened. (That is so impressive these days.) Everyone was so kind and welcoming. The price was right, the food was amazing, and the service was so welcoming I felt like I had been going there for years, come to find out they just opened this past May 2022. Panchos really reminded me of a place I went to while in Cabo... Keep up the great work. We will be back sooner than you think cause they are open for breakfast too. “Excellent food and service! We ordered torta de pollo (chicken sandwich) and veggie burrito, both were delicious. Javier, the boss (el patron), took the time to chat with us. He told us they have a variety of original house salsas with different degrees of heat to choose from, we tried 2 and they were both very tasty. Everything had a true Mexican flavor! Very clean, it was full of Mexican and Latinamerican customers on a Sunday afternoon. It is a small restaurant inside a supermaket with a great team and genuine Mexican food. They have special discounts every weekday. I can’t wait to come back!“

“I truly think this is the best Mexican food in Anoka County! Both locations! Ham Lake location is inside of the BP gas station right off of Constance and 65, you can eat inside or get takeout. They have their own app which makes online ordering a breeze! I feel like this is the best hidden food gem around, I’m assuming people either don’t realize it’s there or are turned off because it’s located inside of a BP. But it’s actually an adorable set up inside the BP and not weird at all :) I give this place 5/5 stars! 🌯🌮💕“

“I got the Quesabirria platter, Horchata, and tress leches cake, all amazing!! They have a toppings bar set up in the dining area so you can grab salsa or Radish and cucumbers for some extra crunch. Highly recommend trying the quesabirria tacos, they so such a good job with them.“

It’s amazing and I hate elotes in a cup). But I cannot say enough about the birria taco, just try it! This is now my new favorite taco spot.“

“Plenty of seating. The employees didn't understand english incredibly well, but absolutely enough to take orders, and they were very kind and helpful. The food was delicious and so worthwhile. We got combos. The fries are not exciting, but they're fries (and plenty.) And the chicken burger is grilled chicken, which it doesn't say on the menu. If you don't know spanish, the menu is not very descriptive. I'm really glad I tried this place out, and will be returning.“
