“So I have drove by here at least 100 times in the last 2-3 months. I have wondered, I have mentioned it to the boyfriend, and I always kept going cause they looked so busy. Tonight we stopped!! It's the kind of place that makes you feel right at home. The food: I went for the adult grilled cheese, but as a veggie enthusiast, I skipped the bacon and added some fresh jalapenos for that extra kick. Trust me, it was 😋! And those crinkle fries? Pure yum. My mini food critic, Buggie, went for the taco salad and a side of mashed potatoes and gravy. She's 12, so her taste buds are still a work in progress, but hey, as long as it makes her happy, right? 😄 As for my husband, he tackled the bacon cheeseburger. Now, here's where things got interesting. The food arrived piping hot, but the location of the Village Inn has some wild intersections, and guess what? A car accident unfolded right before our eyes. my old man had to rush out to help (he's a firefighter), so he ended up eating his burger cold. But guess what? It still hit the spot. In a nutshell, the Village Inn is a gem in Wyoming, MN. Cozy vibes, satisfying food, and even a dash of adrenaline thanks to the intersection drama. 🚗💥”

“Today was our first visit - we got a croissant breakfast sandwich, chocolate donut, and chocolate croissant and it was all delicious! The Pumpkin Spice iced latte was so yummy, great coffee.”

“This place is a bit eclectic, but in the best way possible. The barbacoa, chicken burrito, and Philly steak sandwich were excellent. The Philly steak sandwich has a decent amount of marinade from the meat, so it probably wouldn't hold up too well for takeout, but it is definitely worth a try if you are dining in. The seasoning on everything was very impressive and flavorful. A word of warning on the burrito sauce, I thought it was amazing, but it definitely packs a fair amount of heat. Not quite Thai level 10 hot, but it is hotter than sirracha sauce. Overall, this is a wonderful place with fast and fantastic service. If you are looking for some tasty non-chain food, I recommend giving this place a shot!”

“We visited this charming (looked like family owned) ice cream shop for the first time, and it was well worth the 25-minute drive! We came across it on fb and just had to try them out. They have so many flavors to choose from. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The outdoor play area for kids and comfortable outdoor seating were perfect for a relaxed family outing. We'll definitely be coming back and recommending this delightful spot to our friends and family. Highly recommend!”

“Wow...what an IMPRESSIVE dining experience! It's been a long time since we have enjoyed a night out so much. Food 'Molcajete Mexicano' was packed full of flavor and Jorge (bar tender) who waited on us was EXCEPTIONALLY kind; made us feel more like family vs patrons. And the margarita 'Texas Jumbo' was super delish! All of the staff we encountered were incredibly gracious and prompt to respond to any request. We will be back! Bravo El Loro!”

“I'm not a sushi fan, so I got shrimp pad thai, which was excellent. "Medium" spice was enough for me. My dad got a custom sushi roll that was made perfectly to order, which he really loved. Our server was friendly and very knowledgeable. We'll be back!”
