However, the DQ in Plymouth off Rockford Road needs their employees better trained for customer service. They were very rude to me when I asked them if I could buy a bunch (4 boxes) of dilly bars and buster bars for my crew. They said I could only buy one box, as they just opened and need to leave the rest of the dilly and busterbars for other customers. Just thought that was a bit strange to restrict my purchase of buying more. One particular young man at the counter represented poor customer service by his attitude. Maybe they were afraid they'd have to make more or reload the freezer? Not sure what his issue was but I even tried to give him the benefit of a doubt and make him smile, but no luck.“

“After a long day of medical appointments with my mom, just wanted a quick dinner and relax. Went through Arby's drive through, ordered dinner for 3, got food and drove to Mom's. Sorting food, when we got there, realized we only had part of our order. Drove back to Arby's, went inside with food and receipt in hand and told the Manager what had happened. He apologized, remade all the food and gave us 2 complimentary meals. That is customer service! one of the sandwiches was the new beer cheese and beef. It was sooo good. Thank you Arby's for great food and spectacular customer service!“

“I can confidently say I’ve never had “good” McDonald’s, but this location nailed it. Not only did they read/review our order with us twice, but the food came out hot and actually tasted good. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been stuck in stale-fry purgatory. These fries were what dreams are made of. Extra kudos to the young girl working the window, she was so nice and did her due diligence making sure our order was correct. And don’t get me started on the godly nectar that is their fountain Diet Coke. 10/10 experience.“

“The staff was great from the very start. The woman at the register who took our order, listened then suggested ways to make it more affordable by adjusting our selections to the different combos.
We later overheard the manager supporting one of her workers with positive verbal encouragement.
The same manager was later completing a task of cleaning an area that could have been done by someone else but was leading by example.
The best part was when she noticed my son and approached us asking questions about him and taking the time to listen about his syndrome and special conditions. She had brought over a few extra kids meal toys for him to pick from. She also spent an equal amount of time with my daughter which was very nice.
This was one of my best experiences at a fast food restaurant or any restaurant for that matter. It's nice to see such a great group of caring individuals working together to create such wonderful experiences for their customers.
My only regret was that I didn't think to catch their names before I left.

“Shout out to Joey and his crew! We were in town and never get jimmy johns, tried ordering online couldn’t get it to work, we pulled up at literally 9:59 and he still took our order. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A ROUND OF APPLAUSE. Thank you, y’all made my night“

“This location is one of my favorites when it comes to the service because everyone is friendly at the drive thru. I ate breakfast last and it was a bummer to have the burritos with not enough cheese. Their lunch/dinner is always awesome. One of the workers let my ASD child pick which toy he wanted in his happy meal. I'll definitely return whenever I am in town!“

“Seriously someone needs to manage place. Came in today, receipts on the floor straws and trash on the ground around drink station. Almost half the tables have left over food. The food order was wrong and to top it off there messy when making the food. Mexican pizzas don't come with lettuce, yet half the pizza has it. Why remodel this place to look good but let the inside go to s#&t. Go to the other taco bell up 65 in Blaine if you can skip this one.“

“I think it would be good practice to repeat orders back. We ordered 3 chicken strip meals and she only rang up 2. So I had to go place an another order so I could eat. This is not our usual DQ but it seems they also have the same problem. This is has now been 5 out 5 of our last visits where are orders have been wrong. A simple fix: REPEAT THE ORDER BACK. Which would take an extra 30 seconds.“

Our order was thru the kiosk. Order brought to the table and he was Very pleasant. And our orders the last couple months have been right.

“My Whopper and fries were the best I have ever had at the Forest Lake MN Burger King Today! I tried to call the store to give thanks and praise but was unable to reach anyone. My visit was so pleasant today and the last few times I visited in the DT that I removed my prior Google Review of this Location! Great Job with Getting My Order Correct and the Quality and Temp of the Food have been GREAT! I wish everyone rounded up so we have no Change to deal with! I also love the new Softer Choch Cookies! The Hole in the DT is Fixed also! Finally Someone is Paying Attention And Listen to what the Reviews have been and Changed it Around for the GOOD! Might not mean a lot to other people but it ment the World to me today so Thank You So Much #ForestLakeMNBurgerKing“

“I like that this place is open as early as it is, especially when nothing else is open during the early morning hours. Kiosks are convenient and the employees are not rude when you order at the counter too. Friendly staff and warm food delivered quickly. Clean atmosphere and clean bathrooms.
Kid-friendliness: High chairs and kids menu options, also large booths for families.“

“The manager in Drive thru sharjah Mr. MAHMOUD at al sharjah dubai road, misbehaved and asked to took the shopping trolly outside even I took the permission from the hardees staff. But he did the personal attack and rude behavior I was with a family and it was disgusting and embarassed. Rather to ask the staff, he asked me to go out. Very disappointed disappointing he called me personally infront of my family, "You are nervous" its very disappoing infront of my family.“
