One of the worst run businesses I’ve ver experienced. I’ve called for delivery around a dozen times in a couple years, and have successfully ordered food twice. Either they don’t have a driver or just don’t answer.
I went in like 20 minutes before closing, and Jessie was the only one there, let me just say she deserves a raise 100% I asked her to make me whatever sandwich she wanted since I couldn’t make a choice and she made me the best sandwich I’ve ever had from jimmy John’s, super kind and caring. Thank you Jessie!

Cancelled our online order without telling us until we got there to pick up. They say they ran out of condiments, but I'm pretty sure they cleaned up early wanting to leave at 9pm. You can just say that instead and not accept anymore orders by giving customers a call and putting a sign out. Poor management. Still haven't seen the money returned.
