“I placed an order online, I read all the reviews and figured I’d give it a try and I was not let down. The food was delicious and flavorful, egusi and fufu. Wow, next time I’ll definitely dine in and get the full experience. But yes I’d go back again. Thank you.“

“I was driving by and did a double take when I saw their sign. I decided to stop in to see what they offered because Nigerian restaurant menus tend to vary. It’s a small carryout only spot. The woman working there was very nice and accommodating. I informed her that I’m vegan and inquired about a few of my favorite Nigerian foods: egusi, greens, jollof, and beans. She didn’t have egusi. She stated that she had greens but they’re made with fish. She then offered to make me a fresh batch sans the fish if I had time to wait. I most certainly do! It wasn’t a long wait either. I got a hefty container of food for about $15. There was enough food for 2 days (if I wasn’t being greedy).I tried my food right away. The greens were very good and clearly freshly made with quality produce. The beans were good. The jollof rice was SLAMMIN!! Perfection in the flavor department!I’m unsure how long they’ve been open, but they seem fairly new. They’re located in a strip mall with other small, locally owned businesses. Again, it’s carryout only; you cannot sit in and eat. (I ate in my car.) They also offer catering services.Be sure to check out this spot if you’re in the MSP area.

“Ever since I’ve tried fufu and egusi soup, I’ve become addicted! I’ve also done some research on egusi itself, and it has so many nutritional benefits ranging from protein, magnesium, vitamins, calcium, fiber, and so much more. On top of that, it is insanely delicious. ESPECIALLY from here! I called for takeout and the owner had a last batch that they so kindly saved for me. She even offered me to come later for a fresh new batch, but I’m more than happy with what they already had prepared. Im not too sure how the traffic is in Northtown mall since I haven’t been there in quite some time, but I hope it’s busy enough and wish the owners all the success in the world. “This food was so DELICIOUS! The flavors were on point and the presentation absolutely beautiful. This was my first experience with Ethiopian food but it's definitely going to be my weekend treat. If you're looking for vegetarian food that speaks to your soul, fills your tummy, and makes you forget that you're normally a carnivore This is the place to go. We had the family plate that had all the main course dishes and honestly only one item that didn't work for me but I can definitely see where others would love it. I'm not going to name that dish, but please believe everything else on that platter plus the hummus made up for it. Please go and check them out you won't regret it!“

“I’ve ordered delivery several times and have ordered several items: I’m telling you, this place doesn’t miss. Fufu and collards are rich, warm, and comforting with pieces of chicken and smoked pork - absolutely divine. The oxtails are perfectly cooked, falling apart, and simmered in a velvety sauce with chunks of potato and pepper that taste like they’ve stewed with the unctuous meat all day long. The sambusas are filled with meat; the wrapper light, flakey, and crisp without being heavy or oily. Get some of their hot sauce on the side- it’s great for dipping, adding to any food on the menu, or saving in your fridge to use as a condiment for literally anything else you eat. And the portions are huge! I get three or four meals out of each entree. Blow this place up! They deserve every ounce of praise they get- it’s no frills but some of the best food in the city right now.“

“I was staying in the University of Minnesota and this place was a life saver when I did not want to eat in the dining hall. Their falafel sandwich was genuinely some of the best falafel I have ever had and their fries were undoubtedly the best fries I have ever had. The service was super quick and we got our food in under 10 minutes consistently. The staff was super friendly and the restaurant had a great atmosphere to it. Would strongly recommend if you are in the area!“

“Good stuff for takeout. Big portions ad filling. They were out of what I was going to initially order, but don’t let that intimidate you. Just ask what they do have or what they might recommend. The guy working the kitchen let my friend and I try a couple different types of meat that were both great since we hadn’t had it before. Sambusas were good too but are spicier meat.“
