We went to get bagels and coffee while on a road trip. The bagels were uncut, untoasted, and not cream cheesed. We were basically handed a hobby kit to try and put together in the car. They were expensive, and for the price, I expect an actually prepped bagel. Would never go back.
It was really busy when we got here. We ordered a large iced mocha and a large vanilla latte. We waited over 30 minutes for our order. I understand they were busy but they were prioritizing drive-thru, not making all the orders together and not clearing the screen of old orders. We watched them until we finally left with a random drink because no one was paying attention to the customers. It was such an unorganized mess! I'm addicted to this cute little coffee shop! My kiddos enjoy the "Hot Chocolate Freeze" and my favorite is the Carmel Pecan Mocha. 😍 Always clean with friendly service aaaand prices are cheaper than big franchise down the road.
