There were 2 staff members There with a line to the door. Nathaniel and a girl were the only ones working. They were pleasant and did not seem to be stressed out. We felt bad for them though.
We had a great stop in getting ice cream for the family on our stroll through Duluth. The employee (a young man) did a great job serving us! We would definitely recommend to others to pop in for a treat if in the area!
We went on Mother's Day afternoon, the place was jam packed and the line was out the door, but Nate and his staff made sure our order was correct. The store was clean and the service very prompt.. excellent
