Extremely rude people behind the counter. After we stood in line for over 5 minutes Ila I assume was the girls name from her messy hand written name tag asked us if we had masks I said no. She said we are requiring them until close today. I asked for a mask and she said we ran out. Do you want me to call my manager Tony I will but your not gonna get us in trouble. There were 2 staff members There with a line to the door. Nathaniel and a girl were the only ones working. They were pleasant and did not seem to be stressed out. We felt bad for them though.

Girl working was rude, haven’t been there in a long time and tried asking questions about sizes because we have young kids. Immediate attitude because she expected us to know what was offered. Then they were out of waffle cones. Only had waffle cone bowls which was not what we wanted. After all of that we wanted to sit outside and the one single table they had, was full of dried ice cream with trash all over it.
