This place has changed significantly from the “old days”- the more family-friendly menu (and pricing) is a welcome change. The breakfast menu was quite limited (no pancakes?!?) but the lunch menu had a good variety.
Service was great- friendly, attentive and quick.
And you can’t beat the atmosphere!

Harbor 360, located on the top floor of the Radisson Hotel in downtown Duluth, offers a rotating dining experience. The restaurant completes a 360-degree rotation in about an hour, giving diners a constantly changing view of the city, Lake Superior, the port, river, and downtown. The interior could use some updates, and the bright lighting can make it hard to fully enjoy the scenery. The service team is attentive and friendly, with helpful bartenders and waitstaff. The menu includes a variety of options, such as the "Lake Superior Whitefish" dish and the walleye dinner, which is highly recommended. Recent visitors noted the cool view and unique experience, though some found the service slow due to staffing shortages and a lack of enough servers. Food took longer than expected, and some guests mentioned that they had to go up to the bar for soda refills. Despite these issues, the overall atmosphere remains a popular spot among visitors, especially for its beautiful scenery and good drinks. Parking is available in the hotel ramp. Harbor 360 continues to be a great place to enjoy a meal or drinks while taking in the stunning views of Duluth and Lake Superior.
