“We love skinner’s! The food is always excellent and we always love supporting locally owned businesses. Lately it has been incredibly difficult to get a table and even pick up orders are taking an hour which makes it difficult with kids (this is placing orders prior to 5pm so even on weekends an hour wait for takeout at that time is excessive and I spent 10 years as a server at popular pizza restaurant in Duluth and understand rush times). Again love supporting local businesses but skinner’s seems to be thriving beyond their space and we will be looking to spread our business around, while still ordering from skinner’s from time to time.“
“Cute place but for sure burger is better at the nook which I passed on my way here. Burgers for 14$ should come with fries (it doesn’t). Service is good and atmosphere is hipster. No wifi. Would try something other than the burger though Was packed by 545 on a Saturday night already.“
“Super fun bar and bowling alley! We came here with a couple of friends on a Thursday night to hit the lanes and grab some dinner. Food was decent, pretty standard bar fare. Service was a little slow, but it was packed so that might not be the norm. It was great that you can put your name on the list for Bowling while having dinner. It speeds up the process.Bowling prices are great! I like that it’s per person per game and not timed like a lot of Alleys are doing these days.“
“The best place for sitting down. I've sat in so many places where I had a decent time sitting down but Tappers is different. Sitting at Tappers is just better. Sometimes I eat a pizza while sitting at Tappers and it's always amazing. Sometimes I drinks some drinks at Tappers and they make sitting at Tappers even better. “Went at 10:30 in the evening on a Wednesday, it was my first time there. The Big Mac Daddy was awesome, jucy, messy, and just all flavor. Fried pickles were great, and the wings were good, and the beer was cold. Our server was great, very funny. Our table was laughing quite a bit with her. It was a really good experience and exactly what I needed.“
“This is our favorite place. We come multiple times a week. Good drinks, food never disappoints, and the staff are like an extended family to us. This is our Cheers. Cheese Curds are to die for. Hangover burger, garlic parm wings, fish and chips, sandwiches - it’s all good!“
“We love stopping in for food and drinks on weekend to catch a game! There's a ton of TVs, so you can see the game from pretty much wherever. Get there early if you want a seat at the bar, gets busy and it fills up quick! Our go to app is the short rib quesadilla & then we switch up everything else! GF menu is a little limited but there are options. They have great daily specials, but make sure you check it ahead of time if you don't want to get caught on bingo night!“
“Parking: If you can't park at the restaurant there is another Lucky's parking area across the street.During the busiest periods you may have trouble finding spots in the two lots but generally you can still find a spot along the street and walk a little further.Tip - if church isn't in service you can get away with parking in the church parking lot.“
“We are new to WSP, and we felt very welcome at 5-8 tonight! Our son is Deaf and autistic, so he has some peculiar behaviors, but we weren't made to feel uncomfortable at all. It was a very warm and accepting experience. We moved up from Faribault where most of the restaurants in town know us and our son, Jack, so we look forward to being regulars at the 5-8 in our new community. Thank you! “We had a great experience at Lucky's Pub 13 in Burnsville, our waiter, Lucas, and the host were so accomidating! We are not from the area and wanted to watch the Iowa Women's Basketball game, they turned it on for us and we stayed for the duration of the game and felt as if we were VIP with the treatment we receieved from staff. Food and drinks were just an added bonus but it was the staff that made everything so much fun!“
“Major props to this establishment not only for the food, but the staff. First. Highly recommend the Humpty Dumpty Burger. Delicious 2nd. The staff is as friendly as can be. I brought my 3 Month old, solo, and he decided to wake up and share his vocal pipes. The Manager (Mike) came by, as he could see I was scrambling to find the bottle and calm my baby down. He took him off to the side room while I could get this done and all was good after that. Cant THANK him enough. For a good environment, delicious beers and food, you found the place. Thanks again!“
“Stopped at this restaurant for a quick lunch. I really enjoyed the small town atmosphere in the big city. Great people and quick service. I really enjoyed the Frenchmen's Pub sandwich. It is worth the extra $2.50 to get the french fries.“
“Located inside the Hilton hotel, this was a convenient dining option for an evening arrival time at MSP. They had a wide variety of items on their menu. They have a great dining space with tables, booths, and a small gathering area too. I had a Mediterranean salad with falafel and it was a great vegetarian option. The employees were friendly and the food was served in a timely manner, even when they were busy.“
“Lucky’s has affordable tasty food, solid specials and happy hour, great service, and a good environment for weekly bingo and brunch bingo with FREE AYCE popcorn! It’s a slam dunk all around. Friends and I have played bingo elsewhere but we find ourselves coming back to Lucky’s for all the reasons stated earlier. Nowhere else seems to have this winning combo - which makes Lucky’s one of our favs in the Twin Cities.“
“It's a local sports bar type establishment serving standard American fare. Had the bacon wrapped smoked meatloaf. Not super smokey, I think they were counting on the bacon. Was moist though and not too salty. Was a reasonable meal for the price. Friendly, happy wait staff was prompt with the entire experience.“
“We just by chance Googled this place and thought we'd give it a try. Wow! Totally surprised at how good the food was and the portions. Chloe was our server and what a sweet girl she is. Smiling and very polite. Give this place a try it's worth it.“
