Whenever I head over to Oryza Poke & Ramen for my ramen fix, I see Rita's Italian Ice steps away. It's normally closed. When I was in the Twin Cities last month, I got my ramen fix on my final full day there. Afterwards, I felt like dessert. This place was open. Woo hoo!I walked into the store. The pictures look great but what my husband ordered (like a blizzard) she just scooped on top and drizzled peanut butter in the middle and never blended. Maybe that's just how they do it there. I wouldnt spend that amount again for what they had there. I would spend less and get the real deal.
