“Well I say I’d recommend this place but we never received our order after an hour and 40minutes. And walked out with no supper. “Support small businesses “ I’d love to. But tonight sucked. I frequent this place. I love their food but tonight was AWFUL“

“I will go out of my way to go here anytime I am in northwestern MN! A total win finding this amazing cafe with the highest quality, DELICIOUS food for my family! Amanda was kind and working super hard! The quinoa buns were incredible and I wish I could buy them by the dozen! The banana brownie was the best banana dessert I have ever had! We also had the margarita sliders. I can’t describe how delicious they were. You just have to go and try them! Salads were fresh with high quality ingredients. Pulled pork was tasty and piled high. My picky eater even ate it all!!! My youngest declared it was the best grilled cheese she’s ever had. From the simple to the gourmet, it was all savored and we leave sad only because it’s 3 hours from our house! This was our best restaurant choice of our road trip out west. Anyone lucky enough to live close to frequent the Fabled Farmer is blessed!“

“Thoroughly impressed with the service, atmosphere and the menu, including the beverage and dessert menu. I ordered the Bacon Smash burger with onion rings and a glass Michael David Freakshow Cab. They paired well together and I enjoyed every bite and sip. Perfectly seasoned, juicy burger with the perfect amount of crisp to the bacon. My friend was equally pleased with his Cali Smash burger with a side of fries and water. also, got a To-go order of the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo that came with a breadstick. My bro said it was”hit the spot” so that means he liked it. Highly recommended!“

“Such a great gem hidden in Fergus Falls! Wish more of MN knew about it. We enjoyed our burgers and fries, but the ice cream treats are the star of the show! Our dog also really enjoyed his time there. The workers were so friendly, food was served quickly, and the outdoor eating area was clean. They also gave us a cup of water and bowl for our dog. Everybody was so nice. Can't wait to make the trip back! Very dog friendly!!!“

“We have been hosting our company Christmas party here for years, and every time it is a hit! The staff is friendly, the food is hot, and the bowling is fun with lanes that are in great working condition. We have also stopped in to pick up lunch for department gatherings and the take out process for this has always been efficient with great quality food! We love supporting other family owned and operated business here in Fergus Falls! I would give them 10 stars!“

“Food was good, service was awful. Our waitress brought our drinks (pop), took our order, and she never back to our table . We ended up getting our food to go from a bartender. Restaurant wasn’t busy. It took 45 minutes to get our food (a Reuben, a hamburger; both with chips)“

“We ate at Applebee's in Fergus Falls, MN on Feb. 27th. Our waiter, Erin S., was a trainee but you would not have known it. She was fantastic! Her friendliness and smile added to the great experience that we had. Food portions were generous and delicious. Way to go staff!“
