“Delicious fresh Mexican food, very good quality, better than Chipotle, family owned, dairy free guac, Mario (owner) originally made me some on-the-house cream cheese filled donuts, but I told him I'm vegan so he immediately went back and made me some buñeulo/churro chips with a raspberry dipping sauce. That is GREAT service that he in no way had to do, he is just that nice of a guy! The kids working there were very friendly as well and seem to enjoy their jobs and working for Mario. I wish there were more locations of this in the metro, but that makes it a treat to come out to Medina. I'd never heard of this place, and had passed by it many times before finally stopping in and I highly recommend it! You can get made to order vegan taco, burrito, nacho, and bowl options. Go, you will not be disappointed. Burrito Corner for the win 🌯😋!!!“

“My wife and I stopped into San Pancho Mexican Restaurant in Long Lake during their soft opening and were very impressed. Although the restaurant has been around for several years, it’s now under new ownership as of mid-January by the Luna family, and the difference was immediately clear. The food was outstanding—authentic, flavorful, and clearly made with care and passion. This wasn’t rushed or generic Mexican food; you could truly taste the quality and pride in every bite. The service was just as wonderful, with a sincere and welcoming host and wait staff. The restaurant has also received a beautiful facelift. It’s clean, recently renovated, and filled with bright colors and décor that give it a warm, authentic Mexican feel. We had a great meal and are excited for their official opening. “This place is a hidden gem ! Some of our favorites food I must say is the torta cubana , the quesadilla, tacos are delicious , pambazo was good but I feel like in needs more flavor I barely taste the chorizo I think it was more like a torta with potato filling, the torta Hawaiian was really good especially because the pineapple gave it a special touch of flavor the asada fries are delicious we always finish them all I recommend the shrimp alambres and the aguas frescas.“

“I order nachos to pick up with the cheese sauce in the side ( I don't like them soggy ) I was told I can't have it on the side, I have requested this in person before and for the most part has been ok, but I don't understand why is this a problem? Sad, I had to cancel my order 😢
I got contacted by them and after few issues my last 2 visit I got amazing service and my order the way I like it. Thank you for caring“

“Can here for a water and when I came in,they started rubbing my feet as 5 pretty women picked me up and brought me to my table,I didn't even ask for anything yet they brought everything I would've wanted,when I finally finished ,they said it was on the house and gave me a good bye kiss,when I came out they replaced my car with a hellcat with a bad bih in it and air Refresher with a full tank of gas,would come agian,food was good btw“

Parking: Plenty of parking, next to gas station and other small businesses
Kid-friendliness: We bring our kids here fairly often and they love everything they have tried (usually tacos and guacamole). We’ve sat inside and outside and both felt completely comfortable with kids.“

“My first time at the place, saw another review saying “it’s better than chipotle” and I NEEDED to find out!! The quesadillas were amazing and T was so helpful and friendly and was very sweet to me as they took time for me to choose everything I wanted and explained everything I asked!! 5 stars every time. YES! They are better than Chipotle.“

“Usually a bit busy, but the food is WAAAY better than Chipotle. Right next to the gym, and great post work-out meals with nice portions at an affordable price. Staff are friendly, food is tasty, and high quality. Would recommend to anyone tired of other Mexican chains.“

“one thing you gotta knowabout me is that im a Churro gal. does taco johns have the BEST Churros? I've been to Disney world AND Disneyland so obviously the answer is no. but I live in a flyover state so thus taco johns is my next best option. more often than not theyre overcooked. but today? bangin Churro. mouse-approved. not aactually mice, obviously. they'd eat anything thats a ridiculous gauge for what's good or not.“
