“Great spot! Casual. Yummy food. Lots of parking. Pricey, as are all places now. Went with a friend. We had 5 drinks between us, two of which were on tap, two appetizers, and one burger. $100. That's the bad news. The good news is that our server (Sally?) Was great. Food was delicious. We had a comfortable booth and we're able to talk privately enough. It is a little loud, fyi. “We got the breakfast buffet before the Vikings game, and the food was absolutely amazing. I wanted to take a whole pan of those caramel rolls to go! Really busy because it was about 2 hours before kickoff, but the staff was doing a great job of letting people know expected wait times as well as clearing tables quickly to keep the flow moving. “i haven't tried the food so i can't say. but i got in a disagreement with the bartender this evening, and said that i was leaving, i'm a hair short of six feet and 250 pounds and i'm loud, usually unintentionally, and people always think i'm angry. So i'm sure the bartender took it that way. so he instantly gave my card back and said no need to sign i'm good to go. very friendly about it too. this was after an evening of exemplary service from him, but he didn't give me a chance to tip since we were disagreeing. what and excellent and principled thing to do. i like this bartender and can't wait to go back, also i did insist on tipping.“

“Due to unfortunate circumstances (father had a stroke) I found myself downtown dropped off with no car and I was starving! Being so close to the hospital/hotel was great, and the food was amazing! I had a Ruben with fries.. everything was piping hot. The service was excellent. It gave me time to sit and admire the atmosphere. Just what I needed to recharge.“

I had a body chill. besides a hot toddy what was there, all we came up with was a warm brandy. She was creative and rolled the glass of brandy in extremely hot water to warm it. Being a great pour it cooled off, she asked to re-warm it..she was looking out for me❣A++“

“Walking around the city, we found this gem! Great vibe Scottish pub with a full menu that made it hard to choose what to have for lunch. Server was working the tables and the patio out back but was killing it! Coleslaw was honestly incredible and the chips were addicting. It didn’t seem like you could go wrong with the menu, but the Mack Burger is highly recommended, by me.“

“The Acadia on West Bank is finally OPEN AGAIN!The menu consist of only burgers and a chicken sandwich for entrees but some tasty apps. They are not open for lunch at this time which is a bummer as the menu is perfect for a quick lunch. The lighting always seems a bit too bright and the music can be excruciating in regards to the volume.It's under new ownership or management but my hopes are they prosper and maintain a much needed "local" space with.“

“Stopped at Pat's Tap for the "Pat's Bacon Burger" and, i lie to you not, it's the best burger I've ever eaten. You know that episode of "How I Met Your Mother" where Marshall drags the crew around to find the best burger in New York? That's this burger. Nothing crazy; lettuce, tomato, aioli, avacado and bacon cooked INTO the patty all on a lightly toasted bun. Anyways, 10/10. Hats off to my chef.“

I came to Dan Kelly's anticipating, and ultimately getting, a party of about thirty people joining me. Considering that staff had no warning that this level of intensity was coming to the establishment, they, and especially Laurel, did a fantastic job of managing sporadic orders, making sure the correct people got the correct orders, keeping track of the exact items, and ensuring no detail was forgotten. “I ordered the salad, side of fries and burrata with tomatoes appetizer. Fries were great, though cooled off quickly. Salad was fresh but for such a basic side salad, not at all worth it. The burrata was generous in the cheese serving. Just a small number of tomatoes and enough bread to get through half the cheese. Not necessarily a bad thing to be generous on cheese, but I'd plan to order extra bread (I ordered a side of pita). A very filling dinner.Service was great, as was the atmosphere.I ate here as I was staying here. Great option in that case, but wouldn't visit just for the food.“

“Our favorite pub in Como Park to enjoy a delicious cheeseburger with fries, cheese curds and the coldest beer in Saint Paul. Beautiful view of the golf course and Como Lake. Patio seating or indoor tables. You don’t have to be a golfer to enjoy this!“

Their Oak Room space was perfect for a group of 120ish people, event staff were extremely helpful in setting up food, drinks, and fun for our guests and took great care of us the night of. Highly recommend as both a neighborhood bar, and as a place to host an event of any size.“

“The Original Coney Island is a rare and delicious place to visit if building hours allow. Stepping into the building is like stepping back in time, with the art deco bar, original appliances and the best Coney dogs in town. The Coney dogs are served to the public just a few times a year, but when they are here it would be a shame to miss out on this historic treat! They are absolutely delicious! I try to get myself one every year!“
