Pastries and coffee made with love. Service is impeccable, super clean and adorable. Offerings include GF and vegan with several options. Highly recommend any of their fruit pastries, cookies or croissants.
I love this place and I am so happy Grand Marais has a proper bakery. Every single thing I have tried here has been fantastic but I especially love the lemon bars and danishes. The rye bread reminds me of the loaf my Polish grandmother used to make. Keep up the great work and I will be sure to stop in every time I make it down the trail!
This spot has become such a beautiful moment for me on morning walks. The ham n cheese croissant my weekly indulgence! Today, I was blessed with fresh blueberry coffee cake. They even roast their own coffee. Try the nitro brew… it’s definitely something to get ya going!

Crosby Bakery is an amazing addition to Grand Marais, located in America’s coolest small town. It is the best bakery north of Hinkley, and maybe better than that. The baked goods are AMAZING and very tasty, with many items often gone by the time visitors stop by. The cookies are the best and very good size. Specific favorites include the lemon bars, carrot cake, and Danish, while the various styles of focaccia are delicious too. There is also an option for a hot sandwich on their focaccia, which might be the best lunch in town. The coffee is amazing, with the best Iced Oat Milk Latte w/vanilla available. The drinks are great, made with house made syrups, and the blueberry lavender iced tea is great. The atmosphere is cozy but modern with interesting art on the walls. The staff is friendly and top notch, moving things right along even when the lobby is packed. This bakery has been added to the list of favorite places in Grand Marais, and visitors will be back anytime they are up north.
