“Went to DQ last night with my husband and the drive thru line was extremely long. Instead of waiting in the line we went in and were incredibly impressed with the staff! There was 1 staff who I'd say was likely the adult manager and 3 teenagers... and they were all hustling! They all were focused and yet upbeat and friendly. I commented to my husband that I was truly impressed because I would likely not be that friendly in the environment, lol! But honestly they were awesome and deserve recognition for their hard work and attitude!“

“Very friendly staff members! Always trying their hardest. Sometimes they are out of specific things for weeks, I understand that is a supplier issue though. They are always apologetic and offer substitutes. This location is great. While waiting for fresh fries, we were asked if we wanted waters. Very kind people here.“

“We stopped for a quick bite expecting the same ho hum service we get from our hometown Freddies. I was so impressed with employees working today between 3-3:30pm. The most delightful staff! I could tell this store hires quality employees that are there to show pride in their work. Top notch employees. 👌“

“I have heard many times of JMS. But on this one occasion when driving my Lyft and I picked up an employee of JMS . During our conversation I had asked him of the difference subs and he told me about the “ Mikes way” . I promised to try. I called my wife and said “ I am bringing home dinner”. I did stop at JMS and ordered just the recommended sub. We were not disappointed at all. I have made a pledge that if We have to had sub for dinner, JMS is where we are going.“

“I needed to send a special KUDOS to the Andover DQ. I ordered through the app and when I arrived I was impressed by how my food was being preserved until my arrival. Yeah most places have the heat lamps but they put your food in a bag then under the lamp. Not this place! My items were individually under the lamp with the bag sitting at the ready. I love this!!!“

“My 1st time here at this location. Love Dairy Queen, although the prices seem to have gone up. I got a small Blizzard, my partner got a chocolate malt. We loved our treats! The employees were so nice and service was very quick! We came this evening, Saturday, 6/8/24. Clean restaurant. But it was so nice outside that we ate outside in our car. “The food is phenomenal but PLEASE get another sauce. Another choice of sauce would be awesome. I am not sure that I can go back without another sauce. Maybe if I brought my own sauce. It was still pretty good with no sauce but would have been better with a BBQ sauce. Some people can't have a mayo based sauce so it would be nice if they cared enough about their customers to have a second choice. I suppose I could have used ketchup but on chicken, yuck.“

“I was reading these reviews and can not believe what I was reading , I had an I counter with the owner about a Dairy Queen cake and he was more then polite and he refunded me some of the money and gave my the cake , the order was actually my bad and not his but when I called there to straighten up my error and change my order he stated he would take care of it and he did , like a person who sticks to there word , when in fact the mix up in the order was on me . Will go there every time I need a cake or in the mood for a little icecream“

However, the DQ in Plymouth off Rockford Road needs their employees better trained for customer service. They were very rude to me when I asked them if I could buy a bunch (4 boxes) of dilly bars and buster bars for my crew. They said I could only buy one box, as they just opened and need to leave the rest of the dilly and busterbars for other customers. Just thought that was a bit strange to restrict my purchase of buying more. One particular young man at the counter represented poor customer service by his attitude. Maybe they were afraid they'd have to make more or reload the freezer? Not sure what his issue was but I even tried to give him the benefit of a doubt and make him smile, but no luck.“

Alisha is truly a cake decorating magician! Despite my last minute calls… twice!! she was willing to take on my orders with a positive fun attitude and even accepts my theme requests. Her enthusiasm shines through every time she answers the phone, making the whole experience delightful. Beyond that, she does an absolutely fantastic job on the cakes, offering thoughtful suggestions and genuinely caring about the quality and final result. Unlike others who might just take the order, Alisha goes the extra mile to ensure perfection. Dairy Queen is lucky to have such a star on their team! “You have to order pretty much even kiosks here. Sometimes there may be someone to take your order at the pickup table but it seemed to be infrequent when we were there as there were only 3 staff we could see filling orders in the back. It is a smaller taco bell so has only so many seating options. They had a power outage when we were there so got a little backed up / behind as systems came back up, etc. They managed to get everything back and get our orders out but it was hard to catch anyone in all the rush to get back on track. So unusual experience but we have had great service in the drive through before too.“

After standing there for a couple of minutes and watching how busy the employees were, one of them communicated with me and apologized for the wait. “The food is always hot and fresh, just not usually correct with my alterations. We once spent about 5 minutes trying to get my burger right, but ended up still being wrong. They don’t give napkins out more than 1-2 napkins no matter how big the order is, but not sure if that’s just policy or not. Otherwise, I really enjoy coming here. “I called and was unable to get app to work at all (load) on the Oct 4-6 special classic pricing. The first call- so sorry you will have to come in and order. HOWEVER upon calling back when I did get the app operational yet it would not take the special pricing, the gal helping me said ‘NO PROBLEM’ I can do this over the phone . When the price for her came up similar , I decided to cancel the order . It was a drive anyway. Then she asked me to hold on. She did say the special was for only one per person - bummer I was seeing someone and was going to get theirs . Then she said no worries, with all the hassle we will give you the bowl at regular price and just not charge for the meat. It’s a win/win so I said yes. I came for pickup . It was ready. I also had a bday Rice Krispie which I look forward to every year - lots of marshmallow! Much to my pleasant surprise , when I got to my destination and opened the bag, both my original meals were there 🤔😁🙏🙏. On the cover it said ‘enjoy, we made an extra ‘. What a pleasant surprise and what exceptional extra customer service from the cooks and ordering staff . You made my day after a tough time realizing some bad news and unexpected car repairs. “I love Taco John's breakfast as does my family. Now even though I did not get to have it this morning, nor did my family because the doors were closed, the lights were off and the drive thru speaker was silent with no explanations I Will still give them a five star review based on my many previous experiences. They are always highly understaffed.. But their customer service is so amazing. They are never crabby or unhappy and they are always service with a smile and that takes a lot, especially in a job like this. So I want to say thank you for always giving us hot food and a kind smile.“

Then I watched him immediately start cleaning the floors and tables even though it was clean and proceeded to say farewell to each customer leaving. Service was fine, but note that if you don't use the app or a kiosk, that you may need to wait a few minutes before you can submit your order since they do not staff the single order taking register they have. We had to order thus way since we had a free combo card that can only be redeemed by a human.

The lobby/eating area was clean except a coupke tables. But pretty good given it was lunch rush.

All in all, decent experience and better than most other Taco Bell restaurants I have been to.“
