“It's one of the better Cane's I've been too amd don't over look the bulk ordering for parties. 100 finger, coleslaw and toast for less then 200. It was perfect for a group or work for lunch. The workers are super friendly here too“

“This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a Culver’s. The lady at the register was incredibly friendly and helpful — she made the whole ordering process smooth and pleasant. We got our food faster than I’ve ever received it at any other Culver’s, and everything was piping hot and absolutely delicious. Great service, great food, and a great overall experience. We’ll definitely be back!“

“They are a small location, but service is very good, and the food and treats are tasty.
The biggest knock is getting to the restaurant due to turning restrictions at their corner location. You make a bit of a detour to get to them.“

They got my order wrong. I asked to upgrade to mac&cheese from french fries for the #1 meal. I got to the window, recieved the food, went through the bag and realized they gave me fries and no mac.
I kindly told the girl at the window ( Who never repeated my order back to me, just asked for my name) and she proceeded to roll her eyes at me. She ( being annoyed) asked for my food back ( which CFA is never supposed to do) She called some younger guy in the blue striped polo over, he said to take the fries out of my bag and throw them away. ( I guess they thought I was trying to pull one over on them? not sure. Usually they just keep them in the bag)
Instead of grabbing a napkin or a glove, she sticks her hand in my bag of food and pulls out the fries, and sticks the bag of food back out of the window to give to me. I'm sorry, im really not picky usually, but money is disgusting. On top of that, you're touching the window and everything else.
There was 3 cars behind me in line.....
This is the only store I CONSISTANTLY have to ask for my sauces because they never get it right.
I was a store manager for 2 1/2 years at a CFA in Maryland. I get it, I know how it can be. But I also know that- that job... is not THAT hard.
And to get annoyed at me because your order taker didnt input the meal correctly? I'm sorry, but thats completely innapropriate and I had to write a review on here.
Mangement needs to really improve the night shift workers there because I'm starting to get really tired of constantly feeling like I'm being a problem whenever I remind them they forgot something that I asked for.
I do not mean to go on a rant but CFA is better than this. WAY better. And I will try to make sure that the management at that CFA see's me. I am more than willing to speak to management there.“

“Nothing better than going to Dairy Queen for some soft serve ice cream. It's the best!!
However, the DQ in Plymouth off Rockford Road needs their employees better trained for customer service. They were very rude to me when I asked them if I could buy a bunch (4 boxes) of dilly bars and buster bars for my crew. They said I could only buy one box, as they just opened and need to leave the rest of the dilly and busterbars for other customers. Just thought that was a bit strange to restrict my purchase of buying more. One particular young man at the counter represented poor customer service by his attitude. Maybe they were afraid they'd have to make more or reload the freezer? Not sure what his issue was but I even tried to give him the benefit of a doubt and make him smile, but no luck.“

“After a long day of medical appointments with my mom, just wanted a quick dinner and relax. Went through Arby's drive through, ordered dinner for 3, got food and drove to Mom's. Sorting food, when we got there, realized we only had part of our order. Drove back to Arby's, went inside with food and receipt in hand and told the Manager what had happened. He apologized, remade all the food and gave us 2 complimentary meals. That is customer service! one of the sandwiches was the new beer cheese and beef. It was sooo good. Thank you Arby's for great food and spectacular customer service!“

“This place is incredible. I haven't been here in a bit, the new renovation is fantastic. Stopped by today during the height of the lunch rush. Drive thru was about 10 cars deep so decided to go inside to order. About 7 customers in front of me. The GM was taking orders at the register and she got through everyone very quickly.
Excellent and speedy service. The best compliment that I can give is it reminded me of a Chick Fil A. Very prompt and fast, very clean. Usually these Arby's locations are old and run down and very dirty. Workers couldn't care less. This location was the exact opposite. This location is spotless, and even better to see the GM running the counter with a smile and friendly attitude.
Food was great too. Come to this location, you won't regret it.“

“Not an inexpensive fast food restaurant but their burgers are very good! They have prepacked pints of ice cream in many, many flavors. The ice cream is so rich and creamy....a must if you go!

“I haven't had Taco John's in years. I used to live in the Midwest, but I moved to Texas, where they don't have them. I just moved back to Minnesota last month. I must say they have not changed, and that is both a good thing in my opinion.
Taco John's isn't expensive or high quality, but they are good. They hit a nostalgia button for me that takes me right back to the 90s, just delicious, cheap, salty food.
The best thing is the Potato Olés, these are the star of the restaurant and would have them over McDonald's fries any day of the week, and twice on Christmas.“

“I can confidently say I’ve never had “good” McDonald’s, but this location nailed it. Not only did they read/review our order with us twice, but the food came out hot and actually tasted good. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been stuck in stale-fry purgatory. These fries were what dreams are made of. Extra kudos to the young girl working the window, she was so nice and did her due diligence making sure our order was correct. And don’t get me started on the godly nectar that is their fountain Diet Coke. 10/10 experience.“

“I’ve had a couple orders, not seem like the normal way I usually receive them. Had a blizzard I basically had to mix up myself so it would look like chocolate. Think they forgot an ingredient. I worked at a DQ when I was younger so I get it. ( I did the same thing one time) Just need more training. Otherwise service is usually decently fast even when busy!“

“I love Culver's it is my favorite fast food restaurant always count on it to be delicious. Unfortunately this location has a real problem. I have ordered the Curbside To Go several times on the way up North with plenty of time for the food to be repaired before we get there and almost without fail we end up waiting around for 20 minutes and then have to walk inside and alert someone to prepare our order. I use the service at several other locations and don't have the same problem. It is really frustrating that the curbside option is offered but not executed. Also on the most recent visit they forgot our kids juice box which we discovered once we were back on the freeway.“

“For an order ahead on the app meal, later on a TH night(after 8:45p), I didn't expect the drive thru wait time to be so long. There were 5 cars ahead as I pulled in and spent a good 15 min isn the line to get my order. Not sure what was up? This isn't my usual McD restaurant to visit.“

“I think it would be good practice to repeat orders back. We ordered 3 chicken strip meals and she only rang up 2. So I had to go place an another order so I could eat. This is not our usual DQ but it seems they also have the same problem. This is has now been 5 out 5 of our last visits where are orders have been wrong. A simple fix: REPEAT THE ORDER BACK. Which would take an extra 30 seconds.“

“I’d not recommend eating in the children’s space without self sanitizing the table first. Came in at six o’clock on a Saturday and two tables were filthy and an employee brought us our meal and walked right past the mess. 😳🙄(the one is only cleared because my husband is a good soul and picked it up)“

“I like that’s it has a play area. We usually try to around 1pm-2pm when there are other kids. There’s one person who is always starting outside the window once he’s done cleaning. He does a very good job at cleaning! Coffee is a hit or miss. I don’t mind any kind of coffee, I just need it hot. Many times I have had to ask for a new hot coffee and they’re very kind to give me a hot one.“

“Went through the drive through. A little strange, staff said the total was $18 something, when we got to the window, the guy said $21, so not sure if he read the screen before taxes. And we had to confirm the order, so it was a confusing experience.
Also when trying to pay, wanted to split between cash and card, the guy just put everything on the card, not sure if he didn't know how to split or what happened. Must have been new, if not he was at least apologetic and had good customer service.“

“The individual working here are hard working and take on so much since they are under staffed. I went in today inside to order and one gentleman was running both the counter and drive through. Another was filling orders while I believe two people worked making our food with care. *** THEY WORKED HARD. THEY HUSTLED AND DELIVERED. *** Yes sometimes we all make mistakes Let's be patient and if you don't have time to wait don't go through ANY drive-through and turn your stress onto another individual without understanding there situation. If you only have 10 mins to spare that's on you. I applaud 👏 ✌️ 🙌 these individuals working full speed to satisfy to the best they can.“

“My Whopper and fries were the best I have ever had at the Forest Lake MN Burger King Today! I tried to call the store to give thanks and praise but was unable to reach anyone. My visit was so pleasant today and the last few times I visited in the DT that I removed my prior Google Review of this Location! Great Job with Getting My Order Correct and the Quality and Temp of the Food have been GREAT! I wish everyone rounded up so we have no Change to deal with! I also love the new Softer Choch Cookies! The Hole in the DT is Fixed also! Finally Someone is Paying Attention And Listen to what the Reviews have been and Changed it Around for the GOOD! Might not mean a lot to other people but it ment the World to me today so Thank You So Much #ForestLakeMNBurgerKing“

“I love this subway I was taking a look at the reviews and I would like to put my opinion in on two of the recent ones I have saw as I was there that day to me personally I didn’t see any of it as bullying to me it seem as though the girl (sahar she was only defending her and I someone who comes here a lot that girl is nothing but nice to people never once have I seen here make issues with her other coworkers people honestly just like to take things out of proportion so don’t believe everything you see I still love this subway never had any issues:)“
