“This is a new restaurant that opened in Inver Grove Heights 2 months ago. The owners have previously owned other well-known Japanese restaurants and have many years of experience. Upon stepping inside the restaurant, you are greeted with warm, friendly, and hospitable staff. Great traditional cute Japanese ambiance. The quality and portions of the food are great with varieties of dishes like sushi, ramen, hibachi and more. I will definitely be going back soon as I really like this place and would strongly suggest everyone to try! 😁😋❤“

“Tried out their second location for the first time. Got the bun Bo hue again to compare to the first location. Taste? 9/10 it was as spicy as the first location so I had to add more chili oil. But the meat portions were amazing. LOTS of tender meat. Noodles? A little too soft for my liking cuz I like mines al dente. But it’s okay. The soup was amazing and definitely worth the $15 I spent on it.“

“I tried Trieu Chau for the first time today I had the Bahn Mi. Absolutely fantastic the best bread ever and grilled pork!!! super fresh ingredients. I can’t wait to come back. I live about an hour and a half north of Duluth. If they brought this type of food up by us, they’d be a millionaire overnight nobody is making quality Vietnamese food.!!!!!!!!“

“That's a five star worthy pho. Easily. I'd say this is at the top of my twin cities pho tour. All around fantastic. Cash only, so come prepared. Atmosphere is a bit cramped and not so comfy, but the pho is all the comfort you need haha“

“I met there with my parents friends. Andy was amazing. Wonderful service. He cracked jokes and the food was really really good. I had the vegetable egg rolls and we split a bunch of Vietnamese dishes highly recommended place very good food.“

“Really enjoyed our food here. The egg rolls have a perfect density and flavor, not a brick of meat and not so light that they fall apart, the skin is perfectly crispy. The pho broth was delicious, I’ve had many pho bowls in the twin cities, this one was uniquely flavored with generous black pepper and it honestly adds a great light spice and depth to the soup. My partner got the orange chicken lunch special, that too was delicious. Great fresh ingredients, lovely tangy flavor. Though it’s out of our way from home we are highly considering going back again because of the lovely experience.“

I've had this restaurant on my list for awhile because of rave reviews from friends. When I heard it was closing, I knew I HAD to try it. My 1st visit, I had their Bún bò Huế. I was shocked at how delicious it was. The 2nd time I ordered a weekend-only dish. I can't recall the name, but it wad a Bún with tomato soup. I also ordered Com Tam, Suon, Bi, Cha- Broken Rice Platter With Grilled Pork Chop , Pork Meat Pie & Shredded Pork Skin to go, leftovers for Monday. EVERYTHING I've eaten so far tasted amazing. The interior has a warm, nostalgic, old-school vibe. I talked to regulars there, and they shared about how this restaurant loves the Rondo/Frogtown community & spilled the tea as to why it is closing. The aunties taking orders were friendly & kind. I plan to visit at least 1 more time before it closes!! It's that good.“

“Phenomenal! Best hot, fresh meal in awhile. Had the Chefs Choice Beef & Shrimp. Excellent, qualiity, savory!! Couldn't put it down. Fried rice was quality with green onions, needed a littlespice though. Also ordered the Szcheuan Wings. Excellent, so good!! Asked for spicy wings, it wasn't spicy enough, probably missed that step.
Wall menu didn't match handheld menu. Service was personable & helpful. Ill be back!!“

“I can only access this place in the late afternoon, but I gotta go as soon as he's finished cooking cause the taste is always close to great. I've read the reviews and I've only ever had the old man, just lucky I guess. If they made lunchboxes I'd eat here every day.“

“My favorite dish is Bun Rieu, a very traditional Vietnamese soup with crab paste and tomatoes. This is one of the few restaurants in the TC that serves it on a daily basis. I also really enjoy the banana/tapioca dessert. This is not a trendy place watered down for American tastes. It has some of the most traditional Vietnamese food in town and has been in this location for years.“

“This place was fire during the pandemic! Their shrimp pad Thai level 7 with extra shrimp was so delicious it reminded me of a place from my home state. Egg rolls were also extremely delicious. I don’t live super close but when this place popped up on my screen and reminded me, I’ve got to drive over and get some takeout. If others say it’s not bomb, they are lying!“
