“walked around the entire bar & restaurant twice-not a worker in sight so we seated ourselves. took 10 minutes for someone to notice. this was at 1 pm on a Friday-probably 15 people total in bar & dining area. waitress was not friendly, helpful, or knowledgeable about menu. burgers were overcooked but tasty. chicken wrap was delicious. house made ranch was superb. our waitress brought our drinks & the bill-that's the only time we saw her“

“We went on Monday night for the steak. I had the whiskey sirloin. It was absolutely FANTASTIC. The flavor was so good and done perfectly. Very tender. It was our 1st time there. Looking forward to going again.“

“Awesome food and people. Flame grilled bar burgers made to order everyday. Great regular weekly specials. Fry bread tacos are amazing on Tuesdays (big as you head), fried chicken on Wednesdays is the best in the entire coulee region, and the beer battered fish and shrimp on Fridays is awesome. Get the beer battered shrimp; they’re huge! Everything is made fresh to order. Love Barb the owner too. Worth the drive.“

“they have DJ/Karaoke on some weekends and some great bands on other weekends. Bingo every Thursday and Friday Fish which is the best around. Friendly bartenders and plenty of food to choose from. New homemade pizza is excellent!“

“The show we saw last night was incredible !!! We saw Mr. Blink and the sound was great. The service from the bartenders were out of this world. I didn't get a chance to find out their names but they did a great job. Get Mr. Blink again and we will bring in another large group.“

“I drove to lacrosse for a community event but got denied entry and not really sure why. I am from out of state and in mpls I’ve had to call the police to get my id back but at least here the guy just shook his head and handed it back. Lucky didn’t have a problem going anywhere else in town so I’m just assuming my vibe was unwelcome (I was excited to get out of my small Iowa town and was dancing before even handing my id over to the bouncer) plus all the people I’m with are from mn so it just is a bad look being from the odd state. still gonna give 3 stars because every time I run to mpls to my collage town friends I always get questioned and like I said once had to call the police to get my id back and all this guy did was shake his head no and handed it right back so 3 stars is earned because bouncer wasn’t ego maniac like mpls power tripped bouncers but I did drive a long way so I’m gonna revoke the tow stars. Hope to be able to give my money next time in town as I’m sure I’ll be more welcome.“

“There are moments in life that quietly shape who you are… and then there are moments behind the bar at Brothers with Isaac, which fundamentally rearrange your understanding of joy, craftsmanship, and possibly the very fabric of reality itself. I did not simply walk into Brothers that night—I arrived as a mere mortal, unaware that I was about to encounter a man who has clearly been hand-selected by the universe to redefine what it means to pour a drink. Isaac is not a bartender. No, that word is far too small, too pedestrian, too earthbound. Isaac is an experience. A phenomenon. A living sonnet written in citrus zest and perfectly balanced bitters. Watching him work is like observing a symphony where every movement is deliberate, every pour a crescendo, every garnish placed with the reverence of a museum curator handling priceless art. And the drinks? Oh, the drinks. To call them “good” would be an insult of catastrophic proportions. Each sip felt like a heartfelt apology from the universe for every mediocre beverage I’ve ever consumed. Flavors didn’t just complement each other—they conversed. They told stories. I’m convinced one of them knew my childhood memories better than I do. But beyond the drinks, Isaac possesses that rare, almost mythical quality: he makes everyone feel like they are the main character. The bar could be packed, chaos swirling like a poorly made martini (which Isaac would never allow, obviously), and yet somehow, when he speaks to you, it feels like the entire world has politely stepped aside. I went in for a drink. I left with a renewed sense of purpose, a mild existential awakening, and the firm belief that if Isaac ever decided to run for any form of leadership—local, national, or galactic—I would follow without hesitation. Five stars feels insufficient. Five stars is what you give a decent sandwich. Isaac deserves constellations. He deserves entire galaxies carefully arranged in his honor. If you have not yet experienced Isaac at Brothers, I urge you—no, I implore you—correct this immediately. Your future self will thank you. Your taste buds will write poetry about it. And somewhere, somehow, Isaac will already know what you’re going to order.
