Cat Daddy's is a must-stop if you want a classic Wisconsin small-town bar experience. It's named 'Cat Daddy's' for catfish, not Dads that love cats, and their catfish sandwich takes a delicious, minimalist approach: nothing but a grilled bun (!), a catfish fillet, some lettuce, and tartar sauce. 100% will eat again! Our party also liked the burgers and fries, although our cheese curd sensei gave the curds 'just' an eight. Bathrooms are clean, prices are awesome, and pours are great. Check it out if you're looking for a bar versus a brewpub!“

“Go see Jess at Boondocks. Came back to vacation at Trempealeau and had to get a wrap I had there months ago and they were short a cook and it wasn't an option. I told her the story of this wrap i was craving and why I came back. She didn't hesitate and made it anyway. Epic service!!!“

“This gem offers fun everyday of the week and is well worth traveling a little off the main road. This is quite literally the coldest beer around. Everyone is so friendly and a great place to spend a few hours or just drop in for a couple cold drinks. The bartenders are friendly and the owner is a great part of the ambiance. This place has great fried fish and tips so go for those (the baked fish is not great) but they have a lot of other specials to choose from.

Kid-friendliness: Fantastic kids menu with the best prices. This is what will keep us coming back.“

“We stopped at this grill/bar as a result of a search for an eating facility on the internet while travelling. It's a clean little place and it appeared local patrons enjoyed it as it was around 2 p.m. and people were visiting at the bar. The waitress was pleasant and recommended a couple things off the menu. After ordering, it didn't take long for the freshly made burgers and fries to be served. The food was hot and delucious. Positive experience.“

I just had cheeseburger and fries. All the burgers are a half pound. My girlfriend had the ultimate BLT. 12 strips of bacon on that thing. Wow We highly recommend going to Angry's.“
