“By far one of the best Mexican food truck gems in MN!! They are consistent in generous portion sizes, great customer service, & the flavors are superior. Everything is great & you cannot make a wrong choice!!! The birria tacos, burritos, tamales, quesadillas, etc....so SO good and I couldn't recommend them enough!!! Maria is a gem of her own, & her food is something I could eat every day and never get tired of it!! It's been a blessing I work less than a mile from the food truck & the company i work for LOVES bringing business here!! We allll love it & grateful they're right next to us! They have even catered some of our work events and always request La Maria's!!!!“

“I ordered for delivery... I am from Southern California & Arizona so I take my mexican food very seriously. The pickled cabbage, the salsa verde, the carnitas was all incredible. I have not had much luck finding real Mexican food since moving here...and am so excited I found this place. This is everything Ive been craving & more. “Best Mexican restaurant in Woodbury and surrounding area. I went there for Taco Tuesday and got two delicious tacos (steak and chicken tinga). It was only $4.90 including tax-- great value! This restaurant is more authentic than most Mexican restaurants in the suburbs. They offer free salsas, limes, etc. Friendly service. Will definitely go back.“

“It was good. One of my son's favorite spots in Stillwater. I can tell how good a Mexican restaurant is going to be by its chips and salsa. You can tell that Mi Paeblo used fresh oil to fry the chips and do not overcrowd the fry basket. You taste the chip, not the oil and they are cooked evenly. Good salt. Salsa doesn't seem overly spicy, but by the end of eating it you get the spice. Perfect! Chucky, but we'll blended. Just like my theory above, the food was prepared fresh and with care as well.“

Parking: Easy to find a handful of vegetarian options. Has corn and wheat tortillas interchangeable. Excellent tamales with mole.“

She was super attentive even though the restaurant was very busy she still made our group a top priority. “The tortas, alambres, and tacos are all wonderful! Wanna get full on one taco? - then get the machete. Like the footlong version of the street taco. They also have a nice salsa bar which had onion and sliced radishes, for adding a little heat (or a lot) and crunch.“

It's too bad I wasn't passing thru here on a Tuesday when tacos are $1.39 instead of $2.39. The employees were friendly and quick. The dining room was clean and they had some classic rock songs playing in the background music. Best fast food experience I've had lately.“

“12/16/25 11:30am. I went for Taco Tuesday and it was busy. Maybe because Oak Park height is closed and I saw that manager working at this location now. It's fairly quiet inside. This location had black pepper which I like on tacos so I was surprised by that. Wi-Fi is weak and was hard to get a cell signal. Parking is a little different in that you can't park right in front like other Taco John's. There is seating outside. There are two restrooms unisex and the one I went into was clean.“
