“Alexis was very helpful tonight. I didn't know that Papa Murphy's now had dairy-free cheese. She helped me order, over the phone, a Mediterranean Herb & Chicken pizza. She customized it with dairy free cheese on one half and regular cheese on the other half. The pizza turned out great and was ready for pickup when I arrived.“

My son left his very special and important Minecraft sheep stuffed animal there. He was very upset. The staff watched over the stuffed animal until my folks were able to pick it up on their way back through town. Made his day, and week, and mine. Thank you. We always order for takeout, although they offer dine-in & delivery. Would recommend over Rafferty’s (the pizza & white sauces are superb)!“

“A group of friends and I were at the Commander on Friday and Saturday night...we were so impressed with our waitress both nights. She was working with a broken arm and was always there when we needed a drink or something from the menu. She had a great attitude and was super fun. I believe her name was Alyssa.“

“Great Pizza! We really enjoyed our pizza from Blaze Pizza, it was hot and fresh. Good variety of toppings, perfectly cooked classic base, not too thick not too thin and the perfect amount of crispy!
Eating it straight away is a must!
Not for management if they read these, we did notice while we were there, a young lady working there with blue and purple hair just wasn't great at communication and didn't greet customers and seemed really awkward or uncomfortable. She didn't really engage with customers as you would expect in a customer service role. We watched one customer leave after she told him they were really busy and it would be a moment (they had our order and one other order, we could see the order sheets, so not really busy at all. The man sat down to wait till she was ready and told her so, then she served the group of 6 that walked through the door 2 mins later (and they took ages to decide) that man subsequently walked out - which I'm not surprised and she seemed oblivious to it all, I would have walked out too. The young man working there also seemed a bit awkward also, calling out multiple pizzas one after another rather than just saying, wait a moment your other pizza is 1 minute away, rather than calling the same name our 5 times for 5 pizzas individually, you could see the customers were frustrated by being called up 1 min apart 5 times. So some extra training needed to improve communication and customer experience.
But all in all the pizza was great, and I would definitely eat here again.“

“Absolutely best restaurant I’ve been to in Minnesota. I wish they had the classic grill in the cities, but it’s always a special treat coming to our lake home and getting the experience of eating here. The food is phenomenal, the staff is amazing and the atmosphere is unmatched. Every time I visit, I can count on trying one of the new menu items and being in awe of the flavors and presentation. The favorite orders of our group were the Indonesian chicken satay appetizer, the chef’s risotto, and the truffle citrus scallops. My attached picture won’t do it justice, but the presentation of the meals is so unique. If they had Michelin star restaurants in Minnesota, this would for sure be the running. Maddens resort is truly the best location in the brainerd area.“
