“Great place tucked into downtown Wayzata! It was our first time there and we will definitely be back. A little spendy, but there are lower-priced items, and for authentic Italian food, you can't beat it. The service was fabulous - our server was very attentive and very helpful with the menu. When we had questions about the wine, the bartender brought over the wines we were considering and explained each one thoroughly. After our dinner, we went out to the patio to sit by the fire and finish our wine. It was the perfect end to a wonderful meal! I would recommend this place if you're looking for a nice quiet evening with authentic Italian food!“

“For our company’s employee appreciation party, we booked a cruise on the Belle Vista, and it was wonderful! The crew was very kind, professional and attentive and the food was amazing. We are beyond impressed with how smoothly everything went from the initial booking to the day of the cruise. Morgan worked with us diligently to book the cruise and did a fantastic job recommending which boat would best fit our group and helped with selecting our food choices. We can’t thank all the staff at Al and Almas enough, from the cooks that prepared our food, to the many behind-the-scenes staff, and the incredible crew that made our day so special. We highly recommend Al and Almas for any event and can’t wait to plan our next cruise.“

“We had a great meal last night at the Lake Room. The bar area was packed, but the dining room was less so (nice for noise). We shared appetizers (deviled eggs and chicken skewers) which were both excellent. Entrees were also very good - bone-in pork chop and shrimp and grits. Wednesdays are 1/2 off bottles of wine night, so we enjoyed an excellent red. Service was great. We love this place!“

“Ryan was the absolute best server that I have encountered in my life! I have an anaphylaxis food allergy. He was so on top of making sure that whatever I ordered wasn't going to be an issue. He checked with the head chef 3 different times about different entrees, so I could have the best experience. We are from out of town and will definitely be back due to the great service provided. “I am sure many reviews begin this way, but it’s true here: I rarely write reviews. We visited the Rochester location on 5/18, and we were immediately pleasantly greeted. The entire menu looks so tasty, so I ended up ordering a Wedge Salad, the Five Cheese Macaroni & Cheese to split, and a 60/40 with Truffle Fries. I LOVE Wedge salads, but this one, this one was special - the most delicious wedge salad I’ve ever eaten. The addition of the dill was unexpected but soooo welcome. The macaroni portion, even as split, was so generous and very tasty. The truffle fries were very flavorful, and the burger - I am ashamed to say I can’t attest to it because my eyes were much larger than my stomach & I had to take it to go. The rest of the crew with me all agreed their food was also delicious. If we ever have the fortune to travel back to the area, we agreed we would all come back to Red Cow. Our service was also top notch, I wish I could remember our server’s name. She was very sweet!“

“Great Irish/American comfort food on the menu. Irish Rolls were great, Shepherd Pie, and Meatloaf all done so well. Met Chef James at Twins game and made a special short 20 minute trip out from our downtown hotel. Food was worth the trip, staff was absolutely great and friendly. We brought our pup with us, plenty of outdoor sidewalk and patio seating, and a water dish provided. Will be back again.“

“In Fargo, service is not great. i had one bite of my meal and told waiter he could take it. He never asked why, if anything was wrong, just grabbed it and walked away. I wasn't expecting anything other than for him to know why my meal was not hardly touched. He never came back to table until he brought us the bill.“

“Honestly our experience couldn't have been better. We arrived early and were offered complimentary Prosecco while we waited. A small thing, but a nice touch. Old fashioned was a 10. Food was inventive, aesthetic and cooked to perfection. Server was attentive and informed. Really nice job to all involved!“

“I can’t say enough positive things about the catering at the Maple Grove location. I had ordered sloppy joes for my Labor Day weekend camping trip. When I went to cook the meat, I discovered that they had given me taco meat instead. Which was, of course, disappointing. I called them the next day to let them know, and they couldn’t have been more apologetic and accommodating. No excuses were made. They just asked how they can make it right. I told the catering manager that all I really wanted were the sloppy joes and he insisted that he provide a side of my choice;anything I wanted. They made it all available for me the very next day and added mac and cheese to my order. When I arrived, the manager greeted me and asked me if there was anything else I might need. Customer service!! That is so rare these days and goes a long way!! I will continue to go to Hy-Vee because of the way I was treated! And all of the food was delicious!! Highly recommend!“

“The soup and salad were good. The loaded potatoe soup was average at best. The cesar sald was a balanced combination of greens and dressing. The original Philly cheesesteak was slightly above average (if you don't live or acustum to authentic Philadelphia cheesesteaks. Service was wonderful, and the atmosphere was what you would expect from a franchise. The cheesesteak bun could have been toasted more and and the beef was lacking a bit of seasoning. I recommend having the chipotle aioli on the side for a more authentic cheesesteak experience. The French fries were blassay. Will come come back for a football game but not necessarily a date night destination.“
