Good food. This store is pretty busy during lunch. Consider using the mobile app to order.
The best French fries of any Chick-fil-A I have ever been to! (This is a lot of restaurants). The atmosphere was clean, staff is very attentive in the seating area, and the owner was very friendly and approachable. Highly recommend!
Love that you guys opened! I feel the music is too loud in the drive thru (at least turn it down please in the morning) otherwise, forever a Chick-fil-A fan! ❤️

Chick-fil-A has set a new bar for customer service in Mankato. This place just opened and has been busy every single time, but the service has been excellent and the food has been just as good. The chicken was super fresh and the fries were great—the best French fries of any Chick-fil-A. The atmosphere was clean, and staff is very attentive in the seating area. The owner was very friendly and approachable, working alongside his crew instead of just being all dressed up and barking orders at them—a great leader. Service was fast and courteous even though it was busy, and they make sure your order is right before you leave the drive through. The drive thru is also moving much faster than expected. The cashier was super kind and helpful even on her first day. The music is too loud in the drive thru, but otherwise this is a perfect location and a great way to open a new store. Happy to have a local Chick-fil-A in our community!
