I purchased this beverage using the mobile app and my only complaint is that I can't leave a tip (maybe a problem with in store locations).“

They are friendly and quick We enjoy our time there away from distractions of home sit in the comfy big chairs and just talk about how much I enjoy my coffee and her hot chocolate. “Although the drive thru itself is a little annoying to navigate, the end result is worth it. I go here at least once a week sometimes twice. My beverages have always been made correctly and taste yummy. My one favorite is the Iced coffee, 6 creams, 6 pumps of either caramel or pean praline. I do like the Churro Blended ice with extra flavoring. I have my favorite drinks saved for future orders. Customer service is helpful and friendly, usually smiling too. I would highly recommend this Dunkin' location. Keep up the great work!!!“

“I have had ok food but the best customer service from 2 people at this store. Morning shift I forget his name but he runs the first window in mornings during week when I see him. He is so nice and great at customer service and the other is a gal about dinner time really cute curly brown hair I think her name is adaline. She is super sweet helpful and very on top of it if my order was incorrect. Both are great assets to this store and keeps me coming back and giving u 5 stars from 2 stars I had it.“
