Chipotle Mexican Grill in downtown area has made a great comeback with hot, fresh Fajitas and generous portions. The manager Joel has turned the place around, providing a better dining experience. The staff is friendly and personable, going above and beyond, even when close to closing time. However, there have been negative experiences with slow service, dried out proteins, and lack of ingredients like salad lettuce and proper dressing. The dining room cleanliness was also lacking, with dirty tables and slow response to customer needs.
