Kathy, a shift mgr at the Bloomington Ave store made my day today. After a bad day at work & leaving late from the office, I called in a carry out order from my car on the way home. When I stopped in to pick up my order, they said they had no record of it. I mentioned some issues I had on the phone trying to place the order & some long hold times & she rushed my order through & offered it for free. Normally decent. Last time I sat there for almost five minutes while 4 employees didnt acknowledge me. Only after I said something twice did they hand me the pizza that was prepaid and done waiting
Closing shift workers are always crabby and poor at front desk customer service in general, food is good and made to perfection but they need a little more smiles and manners, it’ll go along way for the perception of the south side dominoes and franchise

Domino's Pizza delivers quickly, with online orders arriving in as little as 10-15 minutes. The food is cooked perfectly and is always fresh. The restaurant provides excellent customer service, with drivers who are always so kind. The pasta and cheesy bread are always tasty. Management always cares about their customers. The staff is friendly and entertaining, putting on a fun show while making pizzas by tossing and spinning the dough.
