“This is my absolute favorite place to get pizza and because I can get the garlic sauce. I'm a pretty cheap person I don't really like to spend money on takeout unless I can find a good coupon and therefore I was really upset when I was missing part of my order. I believe I ordered through Uber or maybe Doordash. I ordered on the newer 2 for $6.99 a piece menu, and I got a pizza, wings and the pull apart bites. I spent about $25 which is a lot of money for one city and meal. After 30 minutes my food was delivered but unfortunately I only got two of my items and they missed the chicken bites which I wanted the most. When I called Papa John's all the manager said was basically it's on the delivery driver so I had to call them. Whether it was Uber or Doordash, they refunded me $10 but that wasn't the point I didn't want $10 I wanted my chicken bites. As far as customer service, management, teamwork and doing your job correctly, I believe it's on both parties to make their everything is sent out for delivery the way it's supposed to go. Yes the delivery driver should have double checked but why would he think that person who's making actual food with short then on an item. If I wasn't having car issues I would have drove myself one exit off the highway to demand my chicken bites because he should have been able to tell that there was an extra food item that was prepared“

“This place deserves a five star review. If I had more stars to give, I would long story short me and my daughter came to Papa John’s to buy pizza we were excited because we were about to go see our family with pizza and drinks soon as I got to my car I realized that I locked my keys inside my car mind you it is so cold outside it’s like 20° few seconds later, I realized that I also locked my phone in the car. What an idiot I felt so embarrassed because I knew that I had no one’s number memorized to come save us. The only number I know from the top of my head is my mom’s number. As embarrassing as this felt, I walked back in the Papa John’s with my seven-year-old daughter and told the young lady that was at the register What happened she sympathized with me and was so kind to bring a chair over to let us sit and have our pizza, while we figure out a solution. I wish I remembered her name, but I had so much things going on at once, and forgot to ask her what her name was all the employees were so helpful and kind. The girl called one of her friends to come and help us try to get the door open. He came within 15 minutes and tried his best to help us such a kind human but unfortunately he couldn’t get the door open. He ended up calling locksmith to come and open the car door for us. I was charged $95 dollars to get it open. It’s the kindness for me the thoughtfulness and me and my daughter finally got home happy and safe,I can’t stop thinking about how good were being treated as customers. Will definitely go back again. “Papa John's is still probably the leader in taste amongst the big box chains of Pizza Hut, Domino's, and Toppers. The pizza was cooked well. Toppings were appropriately generous and the pizza was done within 10-15 minutes for pick up. Staff was alone as it was only one single person doing everything. I wouldn't say too much in the negative aspect. Though I still consider other places outside of the big box chains.“
“First time ordering from Papa John's. I've had it before from others I know who have ordered, so I decided to give it a try myself. Okay, online ordering. I do wish you could go edit the pizza in the cart instead of having to delete it and start over. That was an inconvenience. The estimated wait and delivery time was roughly 45 minutes, but they made it out a bit earlier. The delivery driver was nice, respectful, and did a great job. The pizza makers did great, too. My husband loves their garlic butter dip and peppercorn that comes with every pizza. Wish they spread that garlic butter sauce on all their pizza crusts. It would be a hit.“
