Accidentally ordered online to this location. 1-2 min after realizing my mistake, I called to cancel. No one answered. I spent the next 25 min trying over and over again to get a hold of someone. Finally, someone picked up only to tell me that A. They couldn’t refund me and I’d have to wait for the manager and B. That someone had already picked up my order!!! EXCUSE ME. So I would’ve driven 30 min away for an order that was picked up by someone else?

I made a delivery order online and I was missing one item on my order, I called the store and a woman told me to re order the missing item because delivery was free!! I paid for it already, why do I have to re order? Then she told me to come and pick it up myself, if I order delivery was because I don’t or I can’t go out myself. Such a bummer, went in at 8:15pm (45 minutes to close) asked if they were out of anything (because this has been a regular issue here) and they said they were only out of chicken. After several minutes I ordered a banana shake and the Mac&cheese chili only to then be told "oh, were out of all of our soups and Mac" "oh and we're out of bananas, sorry". The time before I went in and ended up ordering a wreck when I was then told the only meat they had for the wreck was turkey....read full review
