“the perfect starbucks if you get the right workers. there is one girl who is the cashier sometimes and she is super lazy, rude and very short when talking. but the place is great ! almost all of the workers make the drinks well. parking SUCKS though.“

“I love this Starbucks so much! The mobile orders are completed so fast here and the food and drinks are always fresh and delicious. It is always clean and is in a great location walking distance from many downtown landmarks. The staff is always super nice and goes out of their way to be extra friendly. I would definitely recommend!!“

“This is my favorite location out of all the Starbucks I been too. I'm there everyday , the workers are amazing, same with the manager cole. They go above and beyond , I seen them work during the busy hours and they do a great job making sure every customer is happy / satisfied leaving with their orders. Also witness how they deal with customer who are rude and all the workers never once had any hate or attitude towards the customer, always remained with a smile / positive attitude. I love this location !!! Lastly they always get my order right , other locations never make it how I like it but they always do here !“

“This Starbucks is one of the first places I checked out when I moved to SLP …great location corner of Excelsior and Grand Way~ I do not have everyone’s names here and some may have been summer help and not there currently.. but they have all been helpful and ready to serve.. Libby had wonderful customer service and remembers my name and what I order. Other ?staff~ Bailey, Nyah, Anya, Alicia, Georgia, Shania, Gwen, Kat, and Megan. The openness and seating inside with big windows as well as back room for meetings is ideal for work on laptop.. outside seating very nice and comfortable as well!“

“I had an issue with one of my drinks today, and the barista who helped me went above and beyond to fix it. I know this location has mixed reviews, but my personal experience today was excellent. She really took the time to make things right, and I left very pleased. Great customer service.“

“I love this location! The manager here is super sweet and great at her job. Zoe, Navi, and Javi are fantastic. Even when they're busy, the employees at this location are great at getting things out quickly. I hope they can get more hours though, since they're definitely understaffed a lot during the summer.“

“Inside the Marquette hotel, it is very busy, so there is a looooooooong wait even though you used the app to order ahead. I used the app to order 2 sandwiches and 2 coffees. The food was ready rather rapidly, and then we waited 13 minutes as we watched people that had ordered specialty coffees leave before us. When we questioned the batista she had a major attitude and responded "you have to be patient". 13 minutes for 2 cups of regular coffee that was already brewed. Skip this joint and go one block to the one in target where they have no attitude. This place is closed on Sundays.“

“I don’t know why there’s so many negative reviews for this location! I’ve never had anything but fantastic service. Everyone working here is friendly, kind, and makes delicious drinks. They’re fast and get you what you ordered right away. Sometimes I’ve had to wait if there’s a big line or a lot of online orders coming in, but…they’re humans! They aren’t coffee making robots! Overall this location is peaceful, fast, and I prefer to go here every time. Much better than the other Starbucks on Hennepin, that one is always busy with a cramped parking lot and it takes forever to get your order. 10/10 love this spot!“

“Thus EastBank establishment is my go to. The service is polite and quick, the coffee is satisfying and hot. Friendly staff and clean atmosphere 👌. Located off the green line lightrail makes it very convenient on the go. Actually opens at 430 am on Sundays.“

“I am very pleasantly surprised at the high level of customer service, despite being a very busy location. They know me by name and they always have a smile. My go to drink here is the Nitro Cold Brew with a little bit of sweet cream. Shout out to Sean and Eric for being great managers. “I love the seasonal drinks…but I never know how to order them “less sweet” without over explaining myself. They made the best Pumpkin Spice Cold Foam Cold Brew I’ve ever tasted. On my way out, I thanked them for taking the time…and the barista said “absolutely…you are worth it!” This is the kind of customer connection that can carry over into someone’s entire day. My whole attitude toward this dreary Saturday has been turned around. This location isn’t anywhere near where I generally venture to…but I’ll be back. ☺️“

“I just had to write this review it saddens, my heart that this location is closed. I was there when it was announced last Friday. I have been working from home for the last 5 years. Every now and then, when I would have to come downtown and work, I will stop at that Starbucks. It saddens my heart that they have taken away a location out that was more than likely convenient to a lot of downtown people that are back to work. And the people were very nice, and I just don't understand why it's closed, because I always noticed it was busy. There was always a line, as far as I can see, I just don't understand that. You know, you took away a very good location of workers and hopefully all those workers will be able to relocate somewhere. I wish everyone good luck in their journey and I hope that corporate will find you somewhere to work.“

“I mean, what can you say about a Starbucks the hasn't already been said about a McDonald's? It's a corporate, consistent experience. If you want your money going to some far away corporate board, drink here. Otherwise go to a locally owned coffee house.“

“Parking: There’s a small little strip mall I guess is what you would call it with three other shops in it and then Starbucks is at the end of the parking lot. So there’s limited parking for the Starbucks if the shops are busy. You pull in the same parking lot to go through the drive-through, so if the drive-through is busy, it can take you a minute to get into a parking spot.“

“I am a frequent customer, almost every Friday morning after I drop my son off at school I swing by Target and grab a coffee while I do some shopping... I want to give a shout out to Wei and say he's doing a great job! Wei was working diligently making everybody's coffee this morning and anouncing the drinks with confidence all while correcting and informing his associate of Starbucks standards. She failed to wear her name tag so I can't mention her name. She didn't greet me at the counter as if i was a person, she was looking around waiting for me to talk, I didn't order until she actually looked me in the eye. I heard her say while preparing my drink "well, this is easier" and Wei replied with professionalism "you Have to do it the same way". Anyways, thank you Wei for working hard like most of your associates I see on my Friday morning Target/Starbucks runs. I appreciate you.“
