“NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !! They were randomly closed on a Wednesday, which is fine, however their website DID NOT provide this information ! I ordered my food, they took my money, and the confirmation said that the pick up would be the following day . So I went to the location to see what was going on and that's when I saw the sign in the window claiming they were closed . They have NO option to cancel your order once you've made it so I had to wait to the following day to call . They refuse to refund me my money - I'm only in office one day a week , I'm not driving 35 minutes to pick up food that I wanted the day before ! Whoever answered the phone kept talking over me and cutting me off , she admitted that they don't have a way to cancel an order once it's made (which is ridiculous, I could've just canceled it that day and we wouldn't be in this situation ) I explained to her over and over again that their website DID NOT state that they were closed but she didn't care ! Long story short they got $20 out of me and lost a customer for life !“

“Loved the all you can eat option. I tasted what felt like everything. In reality it was only like 5 orders of different things. Everything is made to order and fresh. I had the chicken wings, chicken teryiaki. Dumplings, snow mountain rolls, california roll, tempura rolls, and volcano rolls. It was worth the money. You cant take leftovers so go ready to eat. Its clean and service is fast.“

The fish all tased very fresh. She was very friendly and happy to answer questions. You do have to finish your servings though. Like, it is actually policy. Not a problem, though. No fish gets left behind! If you love sushi then you really need to come to Samurai. I have tried almost every place around and this has been one of, if not THE best of them all and easily top of the list for the price!“

“This is a great place that doesn't get enough love. Everyone knows customer service has declined nearly everywhere the last few years but this place is an exception. We were greeted with smiles by the staff, sat promptly, well attended to by our hibachi chef and our server. Food is great. Reasonably priced. Seriously good experience every time we visit. It was me, my wife, and our 5 kids. They were patient and accommodating. More importantly they seemed genuinely happy to have us as guests. It is refreshing to know good service still exists.“

Assuming we were there at shift change for servers because they were doing cut work and we had a slight delay in table service but overall the food, experience and service encompassed a good dining experience where I would recommend and would dine again!“

“My friend and I went to the west end location for lunch. We got the hurricane and the cherry blossom rolls. They were so delicious. FYI the rolls are big but we should’ve ordered three rolls, two wasn’t enough in my opinion. I think the bill was around $20 each. Kinda a lot for lunch but sushi isn’t cheap.“
