“My husband and I chose to celebrate our one year anniversary here today. It was both of our first times dining at Broders’ and we enjoyed everything about this wonderful experience! Upon arriving we were attempting to take a selfie photo outside and one of the employees opened the front door and asked us if we would like him to take our photo. Tyson so kindly took several photo angles and opened up the door for us as we walked in. It truly felt like we were being welcomed into someone’s warm and inviting home. Our sweet waitress helped me select the most delectable glass of wine I have ever tasted. Words cannot explain how delicious the pasta was… we lapped up every single drop and were in absolute food heaven. To top it all off… we were treated to a free dessert of our choosing along with two chocolate cocoa truffles on the house!! After we finished our meal we went across the street to their storefront to purchase some pasta and sauce to enjoy at some point in the coming weeks. We will definitely be back for all special occasions and certainly for our two year anniversary. If you are looking for a once in a lifetime experience and meal this is the place!! Enjoy!“

The young man host was EXCEPTIONAL that checked me out ( he brought my pizza to my car and went inside to grab extra blue cheese dressing for me.) “This is one of the best gluten free and healthy restaurants in the five state area. The food tastes homemade and the dining area has a lot of natural light with big windows and a view of Bde Maka Ska (Lake Calhoun).
My personal favorites are their egg sandwiches on delicious focaccia bread. All the bowls are great too. Their business continues to grow and I’m looking forward to their new Edina store.
The manager, Kyle, is very personal, professional, and greets me by my name. I’m a regular. I come weekly. As a celiac, it’s the safest restaurant around.“

“This is a great fast food option within easy walking distance of the Doubletree Inn. I ordered the #40, a white pizza with buffalo mozzarella, prosciutto, and arugula. It was great—the pizza looked big but the dough was thin, so it wasn’t as heavy as some pizzas. The dough had a lovely tang and chewiness, and I loved the toppings. The crisped arugula had a great smokiness to it. My husband had a pepperoni pizza with peppers, and he said it had a nice, small kick of spice. The dining room was narrow but had a lot of tables without feeling cramped. The patio area looked great, but unfortunately it was raining during our visit.“

“Absolutely amazing restaurant! I have been twice and both times left absolutely satisfied! I am a gluten free girly (MCAS... It isn't fun) and their attention to GF restrictions is the best I have seen. Their bread is so good! Pasta is divine! The creme brulee is out of this world. The flavors in their sauces is perfection! The wines they paired with my dishes both times were spot on as well. Be willing to spend some money but it is worth every penny!
I don't have a picture of my pasta without me being a weirdo in it but the crab cake pictures was what I had as an appetizer and oh those flavors could sing!“

The bacon blue brussel sprouts were great, just not hot, so the cheese didn't melt as it should have; still tasty. One major issue, they are now charging for bread. Even the Olive Garden offers FREE bread. That was a major disappointment.“

“In Fargo, service is not great. i had one bite of my meal and told waiter he could take it. He never asked why, if anything was wrong, just grabbed it and walked away. I wasn't expecting anything other than for him to know why my meal was not hardly touched. He never came back to table until he brought us the bill.“
