“My wife and I stopped into San Pancho Mexican Restaurant in Long Lake during their soft opening and were very impressed. Although the restaurant has been around for several years, it’s now under new ownership as of mid-January by the Luna family, and the difference was immediately clear. The food was outstanding—authentic, flavorful, and clearly made with care and passion. This wasn’t rushed or generic Mexican food; you could truly taste the quality and pride in every bite. The service was just as wonderful, with a sincere and welcoming host and wait staff. The restaurant has also received a beautiful facelift. It’s clean, recently renovated, and filled with bright colors and décor that give it a warm, authentic Mexican feel. We had a great meal and are excited for their official opening. “My grandson's wanted to go here for lunch. The staff was super friendly and I loved their smiles. Food is awesome, I had a bowl with chicken and they each had steak nachos. Yummo! I loved the chips, better than Chipotle by far, sturdy enough to dip into my bowl yet nice and crispy.“

“I would literally die for this spot. Not only is it great to visit with friends, but I honestly have a great time going alone too. The woman at the register is SO kind, and I’m so grateful to have a spot like this so close to home! I’ve been there enough now that she knows my order upon arrival, that’s the small town feel I love. Thank you Mi Pueblo! Ignore the bad reviews, I’ve been here 20 times this year and have nothing bad to say. If you like a good margarita, you’re in the right spot.“
