“Delicious fresh Mexican food, very good quality, better than Chipotle, family owned, dairy free guac, Mario (owner) originally made me some on-the-house cream cheese filled donuts, but I told him I'm vegan so he immediately went back and made me some buñeulo/churro chips with a raspberry dipping sauce. That is GREAT service that he in no way had to do, he is just that nice of a guy! The kids working there were very friendly as well and seem to enjoy their jobs and working for Mario. I wish there were more locations of this in the metro, but that makes it a treat to come out to Medina. I'd never heard of this place, and had passed by it many times before finally stopping in and I highly recommend it! You can get made to order vegan taco, burrito, nacho, and bowl options. “My wife and I stopped into San Pancho Mexican Restaurant in Long Lake during their soft opening and were very impressed. Although the restaurant has been around for several years, it’s now under new ownership as of mid-January by the Luna family, and the difference was immediately clear. The food was outstanding—authentic, flavorful, and clearly made with care and passion. This wasn’t rushed or generic Mexican food; you could truly taste the quality and pride in every bite. The service was just as wonderful, with a sincere and welcoming host and wait staff. The restaurant has also received a beautiful facelift. It’s clean, recently renovated, and filled with bright colors and décor that give it a warm, authentic Mexican feel. We had a great meal and are excited for their official opening. “I order nachos to pick up with the cheese sauce in the side ( I don't like them soggy ) I was told I can't have it on the side, I have requested this in person before and for the most part has been ok, but I don't understand why is this a problem? Sad, I had to cancel my order 😢

“The employees are warm and friendly and attentive. Our food was delicious, served hot and large portions. My only reason didn't give 5 stars was there was a football game in TV and was loud. Fortunately, sound was turned down a bit later but still hard to visit with family with extra noise. I do miss the traditional Mexican music that is often played in these restaurants. Due to high prices, (its all that way now) will only make rare visits here.
