“My wife and I stopped into San Pancho Mexican Restaurant in Long Lake during their soft opening and were very impressed. Although the restaurant has been around for several years, it’s now under new ownership as of mid-January by the Luna family, and the difference was immediately clear. The food was outstanding—authentic, flavorful, and clearly made with care and passion. This wasn’t rushed or generic Mexican food; you could truly taste the quality and pride in every bite. The service was just as wonderful, with a sincere and welcoming host and wait staff. The restaurant has also received a beautiful facelift. It’s clean, recently renovated, and filled with bright colors and décor that give it a warm, authentic Mexican feel. We had a great meal and are excited for their official opening. “I order nachos to pick up with the cheese sauce in the side ( I don't like them soggy ) I was told I can't have it on the side, I have requested this in person before and for the most part has been ok, but I don't understand why is this a problem? Sad, I had to cancel my order 😢

“Very much enjoyed this place! Our server was helpful and made great recommendations. The margaritas weren't watered down or too sugary. The Chipotle Burrito was too die for - the cheese sauce is awesome. Please go support this place so it continues!“

“I would literally die for this spot. Not only is it great to visit with friends, but I honestly have a great time going alone too. The woman at the register is SO kind, and I’m so grateful to have a spot like this so close to home! I’ve been there enough now that she knows my order upon arrival, that’s the small town feel I love. Thank you Mi Pueblo! Ignore the bad reviews, I’ve been here 20 times this year and have nothing bad to say. If you like a good margarita, you’re in the right spot.“
