“Fresh made tacos. Super goood!! Know that they only take cash. Havent eat all day from work and the food is very fulfilling and melts in my mouth. I order the 3 tacos with the sauce (Idk what the name is)but yum and i also order quesadillas. Recommend. Maybe a bit pricey but it was good. Spend about $40 with drinks.“

“I tried Que Taco for the first time..the location in New Hope off of Bass Lake Road. The handmade tortillas are excellent and the Pozole as one of the best I have had...very authentic. It was so good we went back the next day to try the chilaquiles and machete. All very good!“

Walked in for some Potato Olés. Stayed for the live performance art.
A man in a camo jacket was screaming about how his burrito “knew too much,” while a woman near the soda machine declared herself the Taco Queen and challenged the staff to a duel. The employees? Unshaken. Calm. Beautiful. One just quietly whispered “same” and kept folding tortillas like a monk.
My tacos were perfect. Slightly chaotic. Just like the energy in the room. Someone knocked over the mild sauce tray and whispered, “The prophecy is in motion.” I believed them.
It was like Jerry Springer and No Country for Old Men had a baby and named it Taco John’s.
Five stars. Will be back when the moons align.“

“An out of the way gem tucked into the corner of a tiny strip mall in Spring Lake Park, Mn. Very authentic decor with all the bells and whistles of a true Mexican restaurant. I've only had their taco plate because it's what i love. The fresh vegetables garnishes, the rice and refried beans make for an eye pleasing and taste bud loving delicious delight. Many locals find their way there at lunch time so it's a happy buzzing crowd that loves their great dishes. I'm glad I found this treasure and will indeed be back for more!“

“Came here with our kickball team after a game and we all were happy with the last minute pick. Efficient and extremely tasty food, good happy hour deal, nice patio, and very kind staff! Will absolutely be back here! Highly recommend the Birria tostada wrap, elote, churros, and chicken verde salsa tacos!“

“I happened upon this food truck while shopping in the area and am so glad I did! Without knowing, I caught them right at close but they were still so kind and accommodating. I ordered their al pastor tacos which had amazing flavor!!! My son loved them too and he's a hard critic! I could turn up the heat even more with the salsa they provided. Definitely the best street tacos I've found in Minnesota. I'll be back!“

“We made our trek to Maple Grove and had to stop for a Rojo margarita, chips, salsa and carnitas tacos. Ashley was our amazing server and the experience was wonderful as usual. “We were visiting from St Louis & stopped in one afternoon for a drink & guacamole. The guac is homemade; SO delicious & with homemade chips! We decided to return the next day for lunch. This time we had the tacos. Again, plentiful meat with the most delicious tasteful toppings. We were fortunate to have the same waiter, Tony. He’s definitely an asset to the restaurant. Very attentive & personable. Highly recommend this gem in St Paul!!“

“Highly recommend this hidden gem for a great deal on the BEST tacos al pastor in Minneapolis. Nachos al pastor is a particularly generous portion (I had already eaten half of it in the photo) and perfect to share. Chips are made fresh in house. Sit and enjoy your meal at the counter, then get back to your day. It's worth the trip.“

“Family was attending a get together at Minneapolis Axe Throwing and afterwards decided to grab a bite. Decided to stop by Sonora Mexican Kitchen just happenstance. WOW. I live for Mexican food and honestly this food was really top of the list. Everyone at the table indicated that the food was the best tasting they have had for a Mexican fare. Not just saying this. I had to think when I’ve had better, and couldn’t really come up with an answer. It was a long drive for us, but I’m going to have to make this trip again. Well done Sonora Mexican Kitchen and Bar! “My friends and I discovered this hidden gem while on the hunt for the best, most authentic street tacos in town, we’ve been hooked ever since. Every visit keeps us coming back for more. The food is consistently outstanding, the service is warm and attentive, and the experience never disappoints. Easily the best tacos we’ve ever had. I recommend this spot to everyone!“

“I truly think this is the best Mexican food in Anoka County! Both locations! Ham Lake location is inside of the BP gas station right off of Constance and 65, you can eat inside or get takeout. They have their own app which makes online ordering a breeze! I feel like this is the best hidden food gem around, I’m assuming people either don’t realize it’s there or are turned off because it’s located inside of a BP. But it’s actually an adorable set up inside the BP and not weird at all :) I give this place 5/5 stars! 🌯🌮💕“

This was my first visit, and I ordered birria and chicken tacos along with a burrito—all were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared.
