“If you are even the minimalist of a craft beer fan, YOU MUST VISIT BARREL THEORY - period. This may be one of the very best craft breweries you'll ever find. Their specialty is Hazy's, and each one is exquisite - perfectly done. To boot, the Imperial Stout I tried was utterly fantastic! And, the gents behind the bar could not have been nicer, while the place has a pretty cool vibe. Love it! Get there!“
