“Everything was great except the waiter didn't stop at the table to ask how everything was. He didn't check to see if we were done or needed something else. I have to say that the food plates are so big and the food is so good. I will be back and I will tell my friends about this place.“
“This alike many Chipotles, have many young people working there. I asked for corn shells because I'm gluten-free, and he gave me flour. The knowledge needs to be taught regarding allergies because people can get very sick, and the restaurant is liable if they serve you something that is misrepresented. I was disappointed the vinegrette was gone. The food was good, but it could have been a bad situation.“
“I've been going to Mazatlan since I was a boy and it's always been exceptional. The service is great, the atmosphere is inviting and they've recently done some interior renovations that make the place more updated and inviting. The food is fantastic whether you are just stoppjng by for tacoa during lunch or if you want enchiladas for dinner. Mazatlan will always be my go to when I am in mankato!“

“Came here with the wife and toddler last Sunday for lunch. I got tacos al carbon, wife got a birria quesadilla and my almost 17-month old got chicken nuggets.We also got tableside guac, chips, and salsa.Guac was very good - very chunky. I prefer it slightly creamier but that's a personal preference. The flavor was absolutely there. They also didn't skimp on the chips and salsa (they even gave us personal salsa bowls which is good news for the wife!)My tacos al carbon were very good. My wife's birria quesadilla was out of this world - I should've gotten that. And the kid's nuggets were good as well (surprisingly good fries too!)Reasonably priced, friendly staff. Ultimately a solid replacement for La Terraza. I will be back!“
“My brother, sister in law and I went here last night for supper. Each of us ordered something different and all of it was exceptionally good. The food was hot and made to order. One of the best Mexican meals I've ever eaten. A must try !!! I will be returning. ???“
“My fiance is Puerto Rican so I've eaten a lot of Hispanic food over the last few years. El Gordo was some of the best that I've had ever. My fiance was equally impressed. The food is needless to say, so worth it. It's reasonably priced and good portions as well. The juice however, is the best part of the meal. The pineapple could be sweeter according to my fiance - but the watermelon tastes like pure watermelon and is mouth watering. The staff working were friendly and kind. We will be back!“

“Zanz Mexican Restaurant is the best fast food Mexican Restaurant in Mankato. Whether you get the famous Chilitos, or hard shell tacos and tots (my favorite), you won't be disappointed! The new soft shell tacos are super good! If you haven't tried them, get into Zanz and check them out. Definitely a 5+++ rating!“
“The food was absolutely delicious! We Oder the dish called Alambre with Horchata to drink and to finalize with a Tres Leches. My wife and I are already planning to return for dinner and try the dish called Machete. We also had the opportunity to chat with the gentleman who prepared our meal, and he was truly awesome.“
“Just by getting in the place you know the food will be good and authentic.The staff is very nice, polite and they work really fast making sure everybody is well-tended.They give you a good size platter of chips with a delicious salsa while you check the menu. That salsa is really fresh and you can add hot sauce to it and it won't lose the flavor.I ordered the pork tamales with a side of mexican rice and beans. Let me tell you, I have been searching for authentic mexican tamales and I found them in that place. The masa is simple and delicious, the pork is so juicy, with the right amount of spice, nice size. You decide how many you want in your order.The rice and beans were really good too. I added some hot sauce to my tamales and OH my God... that took them to the next level of deliciousness!! Trust me, you want to try their food.The agua de Jamaica es a gigantic glass of juice, so refreshing and not overly sweet.“
