“Guys this subway was so good, let me give you all a detailed breakdown!! First I love the way they cut it, I never would have thought that the method is to cut one part 3 inches and have the other 9 inches uncut!! Absolutely genius, I think a raise is in order. Second I love the amount of mayo! Who would have thought that half a pound of mayo is the move?!?!?! I did see another review where a worker dropped the customers bread on the floor so maybe they did that to me also but maybe it’s another genius tactic for me to want even more!!“

“I needed to send a special KUDOS to the Andover DQ. I ordered through the app and when I arrived I was impressed by how my food was being preserved until my arrival. Yeah most places have the heat lamps but they put your food in a bag then under the lamp. Not this place! My items were individually under the lamp with the bag sitting at the ready. I love this!!!“

“Im always going through the drive thru and the team is so kind, I love when I come by and they seem happy to help and want to make sure your order is perfect. Even when the wait is longer they will chat and get to know you, they are so busy and still take the time with each person!“

“The food is phenomenal but PLEASE get another sauce. Another choice of sauce would be awesome. I am not sure that I can go back without another sauce. Maybe if I brought my own sauce. It was still pretty good with no sauce but would have been better with a BBQ sauce. Some people can't have a mayo based sauce so it would be nice if they cared enough about their customers to have a second choice. I suppose I could have used ketchup but on chicken, yuck.“

“We don't go to get ice cream much anymore due to the high prices of both the treats and the gas to get there so when we are able to go for ice cream it is a REAL treat!

Kid-friendliness: There were several people with children there and even one person feeding ice cream to her dog.“

“The food is always hot and fresh, just not usually correct with my alterations. We once spent about 5 minutes trying to get my burger right, but ended up still being wrong. They don’t give napkins out more than 1-2 napkins no matter how big the order is, but not sure if that’s just policy or not. Otherwise, I really enjoy coming here. The staff is really nice and I know they are trying their best! Thank you guys for all your hard work.“

“I love Taco John's breakfast as does my family. Now even though I did not get to have it this morning, nor did my family because the doors were closed, the lights were off and the drive thru speaker was silent with no explanations I Will still give them a five star review based on my many previous experiences. They are always highly understaffed.. But their customer service is so amazing. They are never crabby or unhappy and they are always service with a smile and that takes a lot, especially in a job like this. So I want to say thank you for always giving us hot food and a kind smile.“

From the moment we arrived, the customer service was top-notch. The order taker was polite and attentive, and the staff at the window greeted us with genuine smiles. “I had the absolute BEST service at this DQ in Saint Francis! I called two DQs to see if there was any way I could get two cakes - one that looked like a spongebob theme (I would add my own spongebob decor) and something that looked dinosaur themed. Well, the first DQ told me I could come the day of and look in their front display case and hope for good things. But this DQ in Saint Francis went above and beyond! The worker went through and found two cakes that would work, and she said that she could add a dinosaur to one and possibly the writing if it fit as well. To my utter delight and surprise, these were the cakes that I picked up!! She did an amazing job and even made the second cake Spongebob themed! I wish I had remembered her name because she deserves the biggest shout-out. Thank you so much for helping to make two kids' birthday wishes come true. They LOVED the cakes!“

“This was my first time at this Potbelly location and my visit was made even better by the awesome customer service. The sandwiches were fresh and the atmosphere was awesome. But what really stood out were the employees, Samma and Dom.
They were both really friendly, efficient and had good energy. Samma made my sandwich perfectly and Dom was quick to ring me up and had a cheerful goodbye! Great food, Great crew I'll definitely be back.“

“jacob was amazing and has AMAZING customer service. normally when i go to just about any subway, i don’t get the feeling that anyone working cares about customers. Jacob was the exception. kept the place very clean, kept and made conversation while working on an online order and my own, and my sandwich was perfect. good kid and i really appreciated the quality of the service.“
