“Second day gluten free tried Minnesota thin crust with sausage and pineapple. And a chocolate chip cookie for dessert. The pizza was so good. Just as good as Ronallys or Savoy. The cookie was amazing too. Warm crispy on the outside and soft inside. I had no idea gluten free could be just as tasty as wheat based pizza and cookies.

We ordered a large chicken Alfredo pizza, a medium mushroom and onion pizza and a small pizza fries and all 3 are delicious. The gentleman that took our order on the phone and the delivery driver were both very polite and the pizzas even got here about 15 minutes earlier than what we were expecting. We will definitely be ordering from here again and will recommend to everyone. Also like that this is a small business which we would definitely rather support. “I literally used to live here 3-4 days a week during lunch. I can't say enough for the nonchalance of the staff on my 2nd/3rd weekly visit. No sarcastic "welcome back", just nice friendly staff and quick, consistent service.

Some days, I swear the chef(s) was/ (were) testing me and adding a little more bubble to the crust. If it was intentional? Who's to say. But I noticed. The culinary reprieve with a only slightly (dare I say microscopically) more complex crust gave me the drive I needed to make those rare, yet memorable, 3rd weekly visits.

“Low key, laid back, relaxed atmosphere. Staff is friendly, though there are few staff. We have gone there numerous times. Pretty good food. This was our 1st time not ordering a pizza. Salad was good. Meatball sandwich was not bad but not great. We enjoy coming here. Older crowd with fun music, meat raffle and Bingo nights.

“I am a transplant from Chicago for over ten years and I have lived in several different parts of the city which allowed me to have tried so many different pizza places. There are some decent spots until I discovered Rocco's. Most people in Chicago eat thin or a medium crust. Yes deep dish pizza is eaten too but not as the go too. Rocco's thin crust is best pizza that I have had and definably a true Chicago pizza. I believe its the sauce which brings me back to my roots. Please try it and you wont be disappointed. Rocco's is outstanding. 2 last notes. I did not rate atmosphere because it is take out place. Last they list a Chicago style pizza which sounds very different. I was told it has the sauce on top of cheese. So it must be deep dish but the menu has both listed on the menu. So I do not want to confuse anyone. I am highly recommending just the standard thin crust which really tastes like how a Chicago pizza should be. Yummy!!!! It's a solid TEN.“
