“Everything was good great atmosphere. Steak and sides were also great. My one complaint is on menu and online offer japanese a5 wagyu which they do not have. I settled for the filet, they need to remove that since they do not have what is advertised. That is what I wanted to order until we were in restaurant and found out that they don't have a true japanese a5 steak to offer.“

“Not happy with the takeout. Last 2 times I've done this, my order was wrong. I've ordered the loaded potato and both times have gotten home and all I had was a plain potato“
“Juan gave us a great dining experience! Very gracious and professional! I had the meatloaf and although it was good, it was a little too chewy for me. It was 3 huge slices! I’ll have leftovers for 3 days! We also had the ribs. Those were quite good and very nicely cooked. The muddled old fashioned wasn’t for me. The excellent salad bar harkened back to the old Steak and Ale, but on a smaller scale.“

“I ordered a ribeye steak, sweet potato, and mushrooms. It took well over an hour to receive my food. My waiter Matt was very friendly and kept reassuring me it was only a little longer. He continued to check up on me throughout my stay and was very good at his job with customer service! He also asked if I had any food allergies right when I arrived. Once I got my food, I noticed the steak I ordered as medium came back rare to me. Matt apologized and said he was worried it would be the other way around due to the wait. He took my steak and had them re-fire it. A short time later a female in a teal suit returned my steak to me. It was much better. After the long wait and the undercooked food, I was finally able to eat. My reservation was at 8pm and I was sat down shortly after that time. I finally received all my food at 9:30pm. The only food on time was the bread and the Cesar salad I ordered. This is the reason for my rating of 3/5 stars! My only pleasant experience was the customer service from Matt!“
