The last few times its clear how run down this spot is becoming - you have such a great location, beautiful view of lake superior, tourist hot spot ... but its sad how run down its becoming, carpets, worn down booths. . . . “This is either a newer, or updated McDonald's. Both the interior and exterior were modern. Clean lines,quite stylish , especially the interior. I placed my order via the kiosk inside. I ordered an egg Mcmuffin meal, some griddle cake thing and orange juice. I was there a total of maybe 6 minutes. They were very quick. My order was correct, the areas of the establishment I observed were spotless. The Staff were polite and the food was just perfect for this morning. It is after all still McDonald's-”

“Let’s get real… I stopped in to check out the Pharm Juice Bar in Duluth today. I selected an açaí bowl that felt interesting and asked about the granola because sometimes granola has nuts in it and I have a nut allergy. The gal behind the counter kindly let me know it contained almonds and offered to leave it off—great, awesome! My bowl ended up coming out with the granola. Mistakes happen BUT what matters is how you react. My fiancé kindly let them know we had ordered the bowl without nuts. He picked up on my exhaustion right away. The gals working there were amazing! Not only did they correct the mistake, they also went above and beyond to make it up to us. Having a food allergy is exhausting, but it’s great to know there are awesome places like this willing to go the extra mile to make it easier. Plus this açaí bowl was AMAZING!! Seriously, go check them out! All my love—Alison”

“Cookies are delicious! Service is awful: please train the employees to at least acknowledge customers with some kind of greeting. I asked one employee about a certain flavor of cookie, and he literally said "I don't know." and walked away.”

“Stopped by for a hot coffee on a cold Duluth day. Staff were very friendly, there were unique seasonal drinks, the croissants were delicious and the coffee was that perfect hot temperature where you can drink it right away. Ambiance was pretty chill - for 2pm(ish) it was busy but not loud. Plus, they share a building with fun shops. Highly recommend!”
