“The food was very good. I had a BLT that had a generous amount of bacon on it. My wife ordered off the dinner menu even though it was lunch. She had the Cajun salmon and that too was very good. Other than that I had a cup of coffee with my meal. We did figure out after we left that we were probably overcharged a little for our meal. The BLT was listed at $8.50 and the salmon my wife thought it was listed at about 13.50. Those two items along with a cup of coffee I was charged just over $28.“

“The restaurant is very clean staff is pleasant and efficient. The fish tacos ,chimichangas and quesadillas were all excellent as was the mss as margaritas. Kid friendly and priced very well“

We ate the pancakes as slow as we could because they were so delicious we didn’t want it to end. We left with very full and happy bellies. We’ll be talking about this meal for a long time. “Went to Lanesboro to do a tube float down the river. We were turned away from two popular spots because we had a dog and a 3 year old. A third spot was closed already (2pm on a Saturday). Saw a poster for Driftless Trading Post at Sylvan Brewing and gave them a call. They set us all up with tubes, including a cooler float for the dog and kids tubes with a closed bottom. We rented a dry box and ordered all the pizzas while we were there. They did a great job of handling our big group. They were fast, friendly, and made our river float dreams come true. We had a fantastic time on the 2 hour float. Would absolutely recommend and come back 1000 times.“

“we have customers for quite some time. Friday night fish fry is very good. Very disappointed last Friday night, brought my parents and wife up for dinner. Wife and I decided to split a fish plate. we ordered and ate, after food was delivered we were informed that there would be a $5 extra charge for splitting plate. There is no notice of this any where. I visited with Scott (owner) and he would not take charge off. Just plain disappointed as we have enjoyed being customers for quite some time. Not sure if we will return.“
