Natu (spelling?) was the only person working here and the reason I’m giving 5 stars otherwise it would be 1 star. Half the staff was off to the side on the their cellphones chatting with each other. I felt so bad. Natu had to go ask someone to help with a drink and she acted upset.Natu you’re going places! Good luck everyone else
Great cashier! Very personable and smiley! The Barista was very nice as well. My only complaint and this is almost EVERY time I go to Caribou. They forget the chocolate coffee bean. I always have to ask. I feel as though I pay a lot for a cup of coffee and I really want the bean, it's my favorite part, but I feel awkward always having to ask. Everything else was great! :)

Stopped here to wait for our final flight. They had some very comfortable seats.I like Caribou coffee from prior experience. Enjoyed their lemon cake as well.Interaction with staff proved minimal, yet efficient. It's a airport...with a transient experience. Great coffee!
