“Depending on where you go in town but, if you want fast messed up orders, order online. I entered Domino's near me and it took me to Lubbock TX from Oakdale MN 😂 so if you want fast pizza but don't forget to check your order before you leave the place, get Dominos! I think they pride themselves on being fast and forgot customer relations but, I feel sorry for delivery drivers getting the worst of ppl trying to rob, scam and cause problems with orders.“
“Best Dominos pizza I’ve had in a long time. Honestly, the food was super good and cooked to perfection on 9.30.24.
Delivery driver dropped my food off at my neighbors, which was fine as I shared some with them.
Kudos to the team on 9.30.24 from 5pm onward (ordered in the evening), if you keep making them like that, I’ll be ordering more!“

I was hoping to have a great Friday night and enjoy some pizza. I love Domino’s and I’ve been a long-time customer, but tonight was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
First, I placed an order through the app. No sweat. I do it all the time. I got a notification saying my order was complete, so I check outside my door and no order was there. I give it some time because maybe the driver is still on their way.
About 20 minutes go by and still no pizza. So I call the store (this store, this location) and explain “hey, the app says my order was delivered and it’s not here. Unsure what’s going on, just wanted to check in. No sweat if the driver is still driving.”
A man first tells me “yeah, the driver tried calling you and said you didn’t answer.” (They need to buzz in to be let into the apartment.)
“I didn’t receive any calls. Where is my pizza?”
“It’s here. You’ll have to come get it.”
“I paid for delivery and I tipped the driver. Can you deliver again please?”
He hands the phone to a woman who refused to give me her name. She then tells me that the driver did call me and I didn’t answer, so basically tough luck.
I told her I received zero calls. And she told me I couldn’t prove it, to which I said I could just screenshot my calls and show you. She told me “yeah, you can delete calls.” Basically saying I’m lying and telling me tough luck, come get your order.
At this point, I had a crying baby in the background and I wasn’t gonna keep arguing because this woman was borderline yelling at me for THE STORE’S OWN ERROR, so I told her to cancel my order and refund me. Absolutely terrible customer service. I did NOT receive a call and I should not have to pay for delivery and tip the driver and then go pick up my own food!
Never ordering from here again.
P.S. I ordered from Papa John’s instead and not only did I receive my pizza, it tasted DELICIOUS. ✌🏻😎“
“Not saying Domino's is my favorite pizza, but when we want something cheap and fast it's our #1 spot. Always a good selection of coupons and discounts. We usually get pickup, and service at this location is excellent and friendly. Store is spotless. I recently screwed up an order due to a problem with the app, and my pizza came out wrong. I spoke to a manager and she readily agreed to remake the pizza (and provided advice to avoid this problem in the future). She was great and definitely earned our continued business.“
“My family’s favorite goto spot for when we wants quick dinner. They always get food done in timely manner even when busy/backed-up. They’ve never messed up on any of our orders. Highly satisfied everytime! We love you guys(our neighbor dominoes rocks🤟🏾!!“

Was delivered quickly, pizza was perfect, coke was cold and driver Ryan was very polite and friendly. don't know why this location doesn't have a higher rating. been ordering from them for the last year and am always impressed with the speed and accuracy of my order and driver is always very nice. People need to rate places more often when they have a good experience and not just only when they don't. and also be more appreciative of the people who make and deliver their food to them. there's a reason why you ordered it instead of making dinner for yourself. Dominos always has such good deals, I can never complain about anything I order from them. keep up the good work, you are appreciated.“
“I never complained about not one order from dominos on PIERCE BUTLER; however they’ve been very good to me; however tonight was different and the pizza was awesome it was just missing my bbq sauce. This pizza was drowned in butter and I have a bad reaction to too much butter. It gives me a headache. So I called about it and explained I’ve always had a great experience and I always try to tip every time. Sometimes when I can’t really afford to tip and have a great experience with every delivery person. Tonight was different and I was told that I have to wait for 1.5 -2hrs. Even though I had my mouth watered and not to mention. Tomorrow I start my fast. So I will wait and remember that this isn’t a complaint I’m just unhappy with having to wait up to 2 hours, when I’m hungry now. I think I should get a free drink or some lava cakes and a drink ( sprite)🙏🏾😆👋🏾“

I live by Grand Casino Arena and ordered during the middle of a 3pm Wild Game on a Saturday. Many places are short staffed so remember to be kind! 😀“

My kids have ordered from the north St. Paul store for some time and at times I indulge
Have never had a bad meal food is hot and tasty order after order
