Hissho Sushi is a popular sushi restaurant located within the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP). Despite its airport setting, the reviews suggest that Hissho Sushi offers surprisingly fresh and tasty sushi options.
The menu features a variety of rolls, including the "Firecracker," "Layover," and "Superior" rolls, as well as poke bowls like the "Mango and Salmon Poke Bowl." Customers praise the freshness of the fish and the overall flavor of the dishes, with one reviewer noting that the sushi is "ick-free" and has no "funky tastes or smells."
The service at Hissho Sushi is also highlighted as a positive aspect, with one reviewer praising the server, Tigist, for her warm, sweet, and funny demeanor. The restaurant offers both grab-and-go options as well as made-to-order rolls for those who have time to dine in.
While the sushi is generally well-received, some customers find the prices to be a bit high for an airport food court setting. However, the reviews suggest that Hissho Sushi is a reliable and enjoyable option for those seeking a fresh and tasty sushi experience while traveling through MSP.
