“Love taco bell! Would give a 5 star, but for some reason this location forgets drinks/freezes more often than not. If you are in store it's not so big a deal, you can walk up and mention it. But if you order to go/through the app, you are gambling and can't do anything about it. Staff are very friendly though, so that helps make up for the drink situation.“
“Yesterday I went through the drive thru and didn't recieve my credit card back. Today when I checked my account there was a second charge on my card. My assumption is that the drive thru person probably got confused and thought my card was thier and didn't know how to reverse the charge.
Fast forward today, the manager Adriana got my card out of the safe, and even though she couldn't reverse the charge offered to do anything she could to make the situation right. She was very pleasant and I thankful for her resolving the situation very quickly.“
“The new chicken nuggets are weird. Some had sections that were dark brown, others had sections that were a lighter brown, some were crunchy, others were soft. There's wasn't a rhyme of reason that I noticed that linked a color to a tenderness. It appeared random. The new sauces don't suck, but the nuggets are mid at best. Stick to tacos n stuff.“

ORIGINAL: Drive thru is ALWAYS backed up because they use an AI ROBOT to take orders. It’s extremely inefficient because it can’t even understand simple things like “add a side of nacho sauce.” Just ASK to be connected to a team member and you’ll be able to complete your order in a quarter of the time that the robot will take. It also asks so many unnecessary questions like donations, adding extra items, etc. I absolutely hate this ordering system.“
