Based on the reviews, Wingstop offers tasty wings and the food is often ready in 10 minutes. The music is fabulous, and the customer service can be outstanding. Some customers enjoy boneless medium wings with plenty of sauce and too much ranch on the side. However, there are issues with consistency. One customer could not find where to say extra crispy for the wings, and the wings and fries were not crispy. Another customer did not get ranch on a large delivery order and found it annoying to ask for extra ranch in person, even after speaking with a manager. A separate customer praised the staff for being helpful with an order mistake involving Louisiana rub. The staff, including Kiki, were cool about fixing it. One customer gave a 11/10 rating, thanking a server named Jonathan for letting them eat on his truck bed.
